  I did my first entire darkouls3 playthrough not remembering you can use shields. Pontiff is easy, just summon all 3 summons outside his boss room & punish him while he fights them. Boosting your fire defense is good too

  I played elden ring and bloobourne...never had so much problems with a boss like with this one. I just gabe up at a point..its ridiculous andjust waste of time

  If you have trouble dodging try the carthus bloodring. It increases your invincibility window by a small amount but you will tell.

  I just re-installed the game after 2 years The first time I was stuck on this fight for days but with your guide I was able to beat her. Now after re-installing I was able to beat her on my own. It took me 3-4 tries to do it. I still remembered your tip to use those blue squares.❤

  Good strat, but man I hate it when I run across a vid like this and the OP doesn't show his stats and build. You really need to tell us where you are and everything you're using. It is important.

  I reckon that 40 vigor for NG should be a solid amount of HP for the fight, alongside a matching amount of STR and whatever vitality you'll need to lug around the shield and sword while still having a mid roll (in addition to whatever armor that stops lightning damage best for it's weight) If you're gonna Havel tank it, you may need nearly 80 vitality assuming you have no rings to help out

  the fact he can throw a saw through a solid object is beyond fucking retarded. had a wonderful time playing this game until now, now it’s just fucking annoying how pathetic a 2014 boss design is. This dungeon/trophy alone has me electing to skip the DLC and uninstall the moment the games done, not a single souls boss prior has this effect. It’s beyond retarded, inbred foot fetish fashion
