    How to buy?

  • @bobbybob5182
    @bobbybob5182Күн бұрын

    Idk about the whole steel roof thing, I would much rather have a minimal aluminum frame with a simple tray on the trailer than a solid steel body with a closed trailer. There had better be a cassette between the motors and the drive wheels or else that thing is going to be prone to stalling out if there is no way to downshift if you can’t crank over the chainring. It’s especially important to make sure that the vehicle doesn’t stall because it doesn’t look like there’s any way to kick off the ground while riding or pull it from the front. You couldn’t push it because it would jack knife so there should be some kind of place to grab and pull the vehicle from the front. Furthermore, those tires look like 2.5 inch tires, you should really get some good tires if you’re going to have 6 of them rolling, the more rubber the vehicle needs to fold against the ground the more energy is wasted. You should really get thinner urban wheels to save energy while driving on roads.

    I saw this idea from a team of africans and their whole idea was made fun of and their government gave less than zero fks to it and they buried it and now all of a sudden this is a brilliant idea because white people did it

    All these brilliant road construction ideas clearly do not originate from the United States, nor will they ever be implemented here.

    Prof Paul Dastoor with the Univ of Newcastle has made 3-D printable solar paneling that can be put on thin film. They have already partnered with chep, an Australian shipping company to test pilot the program. They use a semi conductive liquid ink that is put into a 3-D printer. This gets costs down to $10 per square meter. They are 300 times lighter than panels & use adhesives to apply. They are unfortunately only about 3% efficient currently & last only about 1-2 years. Keep in mind, this is the first generation.

  • @jonesrichardmr

    @@jenssie5367 It's not cheap, and it's less than 1/3 the efficiency of a normal panel. A guy below said 3k per kW, so about 3x more expensive than normal panels too.
