  This is such a good video - but MON DIEU the music gets in the way so much. I can barely hear some of what you’re explaining. Please switch it off. I’m really struggling with the French tenses and your video is GOOD - but the music makes it so hard to focus on the detail. So frustrating.

  This is not true. "Je sais le nom du professeur" would be correct. "Le nom" is a noun. You use savoir here because you know this fact. To say "je connais le nom du prof" would signify you are familiar with that name, as in you have heard the name "Bob" before.

  Individually, I understand everything. But then getting to choose one is the hard part, because "Je mange une pomme = Je la mange" has a thing, which could also be "en" so j'en mange". I don't understand if both choices are correct or if I'm missing something obvious.
