The choir part in this music is one of my favourite musical segments from Howard Shore. I wish it was used more in the soundtrack so I'm glad you decided to do your own extended version of it. Also if that choir played when Smaug gets killed I probably would've tearing up. Smaug may have been evil but his death I find bittersweet. Not only is he my favourite character from the Hobbit movies but he's also the last dragon. So his death marks the end of his race.

I love this video and keep coming back to it. There's a couple moments that would have been great to see together as well. One is Gandalf's conversation about Gollum with Frodo in Moria (from Fellowship of the Ring), paired with the moment that Bilbo spares Gollum's life in An Unexpected Journey. The other is Bilbo saying "I'm going on an Adventure!" in the An Unexpected Journey paired with him saying "I think I'm quite ready for another adventure!" in The Return of the King. It really completes his whole story.

Thank you or sharing this, I am so glad. Haha you'are right there a quite a few other moments that I missed and are not in the video, haven't even ever thought of those two you just mentioned. From the top of my head now, as another missed similarity, I think there's a voiceline from Smeagol in the Hobbit riddle scene and somewhere in Return of the King he says something like "up, up, up the stairs" referring to the Cirith Ungol steep stairs that they climb.
