Common sense. Cheaper is never better. You get what you pay for.
I've had good luck with the Gideon brand. They have an Acro clone called the Mediator that uses the acro footprint. I have their RMR clone on my competition glock. No issues so far. I wouldn't personally carry them on a duty gun but time will tell if that will change.
Thank you for this! And the crazy part man is that Cyelee makes really good dots for the price! Their Ghost , Bull, and Cat pro are amazing ! For the money ! It is disappointing when companies do hide the fact that they are rebranding!
@@IROD808 I have had a cylee bear Acro p1 clone, going on the same battery for a year now. My acro p1 might get 4 months
@@rdrgear I know what you mean! I was really surprised with how well their red dots have operated and lasted! Will have the Shark soon and will have a review on it shortly! Can’t wait ! Keep Kick butt man !
Where is the Tisas ds duty?
@@dannydowell9979 i have it. It’s not cut for acro
@@rdrgear I getting one. It was between a Grand Power Match and the Canik Rival s
I have a xmacro non comp 3.7 barrel with a green dot and light ,i get better groups then that on the average it tac drives the bullseye even double tapping at 7 to 10 yards.
I need one of the new ones in a long action but 8lbs+ is a lot for a carbon fiber rifle. Looking at the 7prc but it’s so bulky and long . Wish it were 22” and 3/4lb lighter
C&H is nothing but shady
Does this pistol shared the same holster with mk25?
@@sterno200 Safariland style holster yes. Kydex edc holster a no.
I traded in another firearm to make it easier on my wallet 😂
i bought the Atibal version.. ACRO footprint.. $130.. that being said.. it's on a "fun gun".. not one i use for self defense.. they're truthful, in their adverts.. to the point it's comical. lol it's still working great, though it doesn't have a ton of rounds yet
I prefer swamp fox Chinesium.
Maybe why C&H is little more pricey if swampfox is making them for them.....
That is a flat shooting pistol!!!!
🙅♂️
Solid info. Muchas gracias
Picked one of these up. Getting my 19X milled for it. I shot it on my PDP and I think it’s fantastic - if a little goofy looking.
Shoots better with irons my ass
Has any reviewer had a bad experience with a manufacturer provided gun? Of course they're sending out tuned guns. Every Springfield 9mm 1911 review were the reviewer acquired on their own had operating issues.
@@rogerwarren7908 I used to think we got tuned guns. Or marketing samples that had been “inspected”. So when the 1911 DS prodigy’s came out. I bought the 4” locally and got the 5” from Springfield. Both guns are 2k rounds To date, 9mm single stack guns can have issues. The operator model that I purchased. Which we did a review on. Worked great zero issues. Other than the rear size dove tail being too large for the actual sight. But the pistol performance was spot on. Drop me a link on the other reviewers who had issues. I’m always watching and looking to see if it was pistol or shooter. There are a lot of content creators on the 1911 platform who have basic 1911 grip issues. Jeff 🤙
12 min video and 3 mins was of you shooting WHY why do are you tacticool KZreadrs have to have these look at me excessively long intros….. get to the dam point of the video
Just found your channel. Great content, great delivery, and well thought out. B roll and shooting is great. Wanting to buy a D9R now 🤣 But being is CA, it would cost $500 more than MSRP because "Off Roster"...... So stupid.
I'll tell 3 things Glock, gives a shit about.. 1.reliablty 2.quality control 3.customer service ..and that's not that Smith doesn't..
I just purchased the Geissele 14.5 CHF based on this review. It will arrive next week. Stoked 🍺
Excellent video As a revolver guy who also EDC semiautomatics ………. Please do more revolver reviews ………. My personal opinion- I see a revolver renaissance- Kimber, Henry and other vendors who were not in the marketplace- now have entered it with quality offerings Thank you again for another quality video
Excellent video Educational - practical- balanced I appreciate the non promotional aspect Just the truth and your opinion ….. in regards to the cursing Keep cursing It is language that expresses significance I am subscribing to your channel for the quality and we the 2A community need videos like this Fucking A
I assessed the Sandhawk and the TRS Comp and was able to shoot both enough to make a decision. Both are top-of-the-line. I chose the TRS Comp simply because I could not discern a difference between the two. I got very lucky because my local gun proprietor had one in stock. The build quality is phenomenal, and it shoots like a dream. A polymer grip module does not belong in any high-end pistol. You pay $7000 for the Teran Tactical, and it has polymer-NOT for $7000!
Been kicking several weapons around…….ya sold me! Great review
300BLK is great I don't have a Canebrake, but 2, 2-stamp Virtus/Radian ADAC/SI Dual folding stocks, that do the same thing better IMO. They will be better until someone makes a handguard for the LT that can actually tuck the 2 best 300BLK suppressors (Hyperion and Full Nelson) The LT ambi Lower still doesn't compete with the ADAC, since the ADAC adds a function actually useful to righties. I have a 6.75 barrel/Q Half Nelson/12in Sig SD handguard on my Truck gun and a 9in/Hyperion Dt/16in Sig SD handguard on my Home Defense/go-to. They were bought to be suppressed and have never been fired any other way. I also have a 13.5 Midwest SD handguard that works pretty well with the 6.75in & my Enticer S-Ti/E-brake combo but I prefer the shorter, nearly flush Half Nelson/Sig 12in SD handguard combo on my truck gun and having maximum Barrel/Sound Suppression on my HD gun. The Enticer/E-Brake is my 6 ARC can anyway. I can snap my fingers louder than the 9in/Hyperion with 205 or 220gr, and that isn't waking anyone up from the hallway or next room.
I had to quit watching this whining ass review.
Should have waited for the p365 fuse
Just to be clear the frames are the same width 17 vs 22. The slides differ in width.
Safariland does make a 6360RDS variant that will fit according to the holster finder system on Safariland’s website. The one attached is for optics approximately the size of the DeltaPoint Pro and the Trijicon RMR was a Surefire X300U weapon light attached to the firearm. MODEL - 6360RDS SKU - 1337234 PART - 6360RDS-8252-482
@@johnathonreed6590 not for Gen5. The gen5 will require them to make a completely new ALS module and holster to support Gen5. Customer service and the Safariland reps say otherwise. The holster finder is a pretty rough website.
A 4140 or 4330 steel frame not aluminum version of this pistol would be nice. The added weight and toughness of the steel will be welcome.
The P365 X-Macro with the small backstrap fits my hand like a glove. I don't have large size hands. In fact, every 9MM pistol I've tried, it was never a perfect fit for my hand size. With the X-Macro, that's no longer an issue.
I just got mine ran 135 rounds out of it. It sent brass flying at me several times. And the plate came loose. Other than that it’s perfect.
@@Kingsc84 what plate. Did you. These are cut for the 407. 507 eps. You don’t need a plate and they don’t done with one
@@Kingsc84 if the plate came loose. Did you use lock tite when you mounted it. I like the vibratite better for plates
@@rdrgear I’m talking about the cover plate that comes on the gun. I guess they didn’t lock tight it or the expect ppl to take it off as soon as they get the gun.
Hey brotha. Love your reviews and the pistols you use! I'm going back and forth between the TRS comp and an Atlas Artemis. I don't see the Artemis on your videos but curious if you've shoot one and what your opinion would be between the two?
@@the_mansman what will be your primary use? The TRS comp is a very heavy pistol. But also helps with recoil. The atlas are great guns I have reviewed several. If you are not shooting uspsa at a pretty high level (frequency). The atlas I feel is a bit over kill and the price is steep. Both are great guns but there are some really solid options in the sub 5k category as well
Great view of a great rifle
Id say wasr is entry level. Zastava is any level.
Safariland does make a 6000 series holster for the g22. Someone blocked my comment but here’s the product number. Some people don’t want to be wrong I guess . MODEL6354RDSO SKU1336775 PART6354RDSO-8252-701-MS19

Hello. I have the Walther Professional with the Surefire 300 Turbo light. I’m on the Rdr site via cell phone and I can’t seem to find the holster I need. Can you direct me to the right holster by name? Thanks in advance and love your content. God Bless. 🫡

Safariland makes PDP holsters now. Straight from their website. You can choose between the compact or full size frame, then you choose slide length, and then what optic/light you run. You don't have to go third party anymore.
How do you like it so far? I'm looking at ether this DH3 or Walther's new PDP match steel frame as my competition pistol

@rdrgear Good morning. Could you tell me what the biggest difference between the two models that you notice and like?
When they build it in 45acp...then we have something to talk about. Until then...no!
@@richardkennedy815 it’s 2024. Evlove. Zero need for a 13 round Pistol we already have a glock 21.
@@rdrgear I have 9's...they're called SIG 229's. Three in fact. Again, BEFORE I buy a Tisas, or even much look at it...will be a double stack 45. Now...as to your "Evlove" comment. First - spelling is apparently not your best subject. Second - You've no idea my reason's, or need, where I've been and certainly not what I use...so go pound sand. Last, I've little use for the Glock 21 having used both it and the SIG P220 Tactical [which had a rail but entire stainless which was profoundly heavy in full gear] in shall we say challenging environs... Thus, there is still room in my stable for a 45, but certainly not in 9mm...but only in the double stack, and I have my reason's. Clear!
Im embarrassed to tell you the price i paid for my carry. 500 rounds down range and not a hiccup. Awesome pistol
i already have a mk 18. but i am very intrigued by the spear lt. would you say the spear is an upgrade? or the mk18 still stomps?
@@JinxThe27 I personally have never been impressed with the mk18. Heavy clunky, gassy, the spear does all the same things and to most cases for less

It's my favorite rifle . Surefire adapters are available to run on different suppressors.
Yeah! I got one of those adapters made by Ecco machining. Took a warden and got it made into an adapter by them.
@rm4googol930 BSDFABWORKX as well. And b&t supressors sells theirs with whatever mounting option you want.
is it normal to buy a brand new 320 X5 and have it not go into full battery mode after shooting it?
@@kevinortega4613 what do you mean by full battery mode. Is this happening when you chamber a round or while shooting it Going it to battery is not a “mode”. It can happen when you chamber a round and help the slide go forward. Not letting the slide for fully forward which would result in the slide being out “ of battery” aka not fullly forward. Sometimes it can be a mag issue. Or a recoil spring. My suggestion. Take it down add some oil. Take a buddy to the range, or to a local gun shop that has a range. Has the staff or a friend shoot it. See if the same issue can be duplicated. Jeff
