  Hey Taz, Just on what you mentioned about the link between fibre and bloating. You’re completely right, fibre takes a lot longer to digest and the bacteria that do digest it produce gas as a byproduct which is what might cause the bloating you mentioned. Try to slowly increase the amount of fibre into your diet and this should help to reduce bloating. And just noting on what you were saying about gut health, fibre is key to gut health! It acts as food to the bacteria in your gut and so is classified as a prebiotic. Even though fibre can cause gas/boating, not having enough can do the same too. Plus the digestion of fibre by bacteria produces tons of beneficial metabolites! Hope this helps, love your videos! <3
