Same here! Going out to places alone scares the living daylights out of me. It's awfully stressful, but I've been trying to get used to the fear. After going somewhere, I find that I actually enjoy it and that it was all in my head, for the most part. We need a cheerleader on the side just for moral support 🥲😂

Taz, if you already have a bunch of seasonings, I suggest trying to use them up before you get more. They often expire before you can get round to finishing them and different combinations of seasonings can give you different flavours if you already have a bunch. Fresh herbs will also change up the flavours. You could also donate seasonings that you don't enjoy coz someone else might find them delicious

Tip for chapped lips: When you're moisturising your face in the morn/eve, put it over your lips too. Then take a thick lip balm and put it on top to seal in the moisture! I like the Eucerin lip balm but plain vaseline would work too😁 I used to have chronically chapped lips and doing this helped so much!

What I suggest for the chicken and meal preps is to do different meals from different cultures so I like to do like Mexican, Italian, African, etc.. so I’ll do like butter chicken, jerk chicken, chicken Alfredo, chicken jollof rice etc and that way you have a different variety then you can go on KZread and look up the recipes.Hopefully this helps.

Now, fast forward to almost 19, and I still make sure not to miss a single upload. Your positivity and productivity tips really resonate with me, and they've played a big part in shaping my outlook on life. If you ever find yourself back in Malaysia, it would be amazing to meet you in person and maybe grab a quick pic together. Keep doing what you do best, Taz! The absolute best for dry lips is original vaseline, in blue tub, 100ml, but they are sold with different sizes. I have tried many lip balms, but they just disappear from lips. Vaseline is so good, it is on my lips even in morning when I wake.

Taz I had the same lip issue and it turns out I was allergic to lip balm and the medication was only covering the symptoms. It might be worthwhile to swap to plain Vaseline "petrolium jelly" for awhile because thats what worked for me. Essentially after stopping the balm my lips blew up a little then healed and I havent had any issues since with just vaseline.

Seasonings organizing - use the same cupboard that you have now, but build like a little stairs for jars, so they are on different higth levels. That is how I did. I had similar kind of narrow shelves, but all the jars were in front of each other. So I basically added there like a 2-step little staircase, so for each shelf I have the ground level, 1st step, 2nd step of jars. And my jars are now better visible. Hope you understood what I wanted to explain here :D

A chicken recipe I like: -chicken (I usually use boneless breasts but you could do boneless thighs) -a whole head of garlic, minced (trust the process) -parsley to taste -pinch of cayenne pepper -olive oil (if you use chicken breasts, add more oil since breasts don’t have as much fat compared to thighs- if you use thighs you can use less) enough to coat a baking tray (maybe like 20 mL worth) (It’s flavorful enough that you don’t need salt but feel free to add salt) Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a baking tray. Bake in the oven until cooked (for boneless chicken breast: ~20-30 min at 375 F/190 C; for boneless chicken thighs: ~30-40 min at 400 F/205 C). I googled these times/temps. Just be aware it may burn because of the excess olive oil so just keep an eye on it (especially if air fired instead of baked). Also would be good to use a meat thermometer to double check the meat is cooked.

Idk if it's still relevant, but it seems like you've been dealing with bloating for a while now? If it's still an issue, it might be a good idea to talk to your GP about it instead of continuing to try all the advice on here. Not saying, it's not a good advice, but if you're still bloating, professional medical advice should be your next step. NHS website recommends to see a GP if "you've been feeling bloated for 3 weeks or more; you feel bloated regularly (more than 12 times a month); you've tried changing your diet but keep feeling bloated". This is not to scare you or anything, it's likely nothing serious anyways. Good luck in any case! :)
