About the "remembering laundry" part: I just paused the video and went to take mine out of the washer. I washed it in the morning, it's 6pm in Brazil now. I do this all the time hahahaha. Thanks for saving my clothes from being inside the machine for 24h, again!

I'm like that with my charger. I plug it in and kind of forget about it.. and it has made my laptop battery worse over time... I hate it.. It is either remember to check every now and then or put on a timer for every 15 minutes to remind myself Which both kinda fails for me... idk what to do..

I’ve been wearing contacts for about a year now taz, I had the exact same fears about them but they are honestly life changing being able too see freely without glasses, I’m -3 and -3.25 so a girly cannot see without my glasses but genuinely contacts are not scary, they seem intimidating but once you get them in the first couple times it really does become second nature just waking up and putting them in, i also recommended paying for daily disposables rather than 2 week or month permanent contacts as you just put them in take them out n throw them away, it also reduces the stress of having to take care of your permanent pairs because if it came out in public and you lose it etc, daily disposables removes the fear of something happening too them ! But I hope you get along well with them queen!

Taz get a laminator and write on a card "Hang washing". You can use blue tack or glue a magnet onto it and stick it on your fridge door. When you go to collect your washing, put the card on your washing machine for next time. You can also make cards for routine list of reminders in the bathroom too like, moisturise, wash make up brushes, shave/hair removal, masks, etc I have a list for the kitchen and one is to clean the oven once a month. I do a lot of traditional cooking and preserving so i find it a great reminder to keep on top of cleaning the oven so i don't end up with a mess of a task to clean it. If you can laminate it, it is waterproof and wipe clean, if in the kitchen. Other places, you could even use it as a whiteboard as it won't be affected by humidity or grease/food/dirt. As someone who needed glasses age 5 and then a FT glasses wearer who started wearing contacts in their teens some decades ago, it is a big game changer, especially with wearing sunglasses. I would say to start slow in wear time as it can make your eyes dry. You can get eye drops and misters. You can then get to putting them in, in the morning and then just before bed so your eyeballs can rest. They are much better that they use to be (they used to be glass!) but they measure your eyeball roundness and size so you get the right fit for your eyes and not just the prescription. As you put them in you can look to one side and then slide them over your eye if that helps. I also lube them up with saline before putting them in to get rid of any dust as i am fishing them out of the case with my clean fingers. You can also tell if your contacts are inside out as usually they look like a bowl but if they are inside out they have these small flat lips on the edge like this 🤷‍♀. Contacts are definitely worth it, even if it is dailies for occasions. Blue light filters for your glasses as you do a lot of pc work too!

I have always felt that you have to struggle and give your best in the 20s. Because that's when you can work and make or break your life. But Taz! Thank you for showing me that life is not a rat race. Looking at you getting nervous about contact lenses and wearing them means growing up for you, shows how child like energy you have(in a very positive way). You are such a pure soul. And I love how you knowingly or unknowingly normalize taking small steps, going at your own pace, celebrating small things in life and most importantly- never stop learning. It's not a rat race. It's just a part of life to grow at your pace. You inspire me a lot and I look upto you for so many things! Literally my role model! Lots of love Taz!💛🌻

I used to have the same skin problem, one of the factors was leaving my makeup brushes and face towels in the washroom. Apparently poop particles can fly out or something. Oh, someone once advised me that using the bathroom with your hair untied could also cause breakouts based on the same principle of collecting poopy particles.

Get the alarmy app for the washing! You can make it so you have to take a photo of something to turn the alarm off. So set the photo as your washing machine and when you put your washing on, set the alarm for however long your washing takes (plus like 5 minutes so you aren’t too early and get distracted haha). That way your phone will alarm you plus you’ll have to go to it straight away to turn the alarm off.

3:20 I don’t know if this will be useful to you but I would often leave something out after cooking to cool down, I would actually leave it in my microwave & forgot it. I would need the microwave at some stage the next day and find something that I had forgot to put into the fridge once it had cooled. To stop forgetting I started putting the cling film box on my counter & that would remind me about the food in the microwave. Since starting this I haven’t forgotten once, you just need to find something that works & triggers your memory like I did. I hope you find something that works for you😀

I don't know what happened but surprisingly my eye side got so much better OR my eyes just adjusted to it or I just needed new prescription but I didn't wear them until I had to take an online class as I mentioned but guess what I still don't wear them to this day and it's something I'll never understand haha

Remembering laundry: I have a scrunchie I keep on the washing machine dial or on the soap, wherever it makes most sense and fits it rests on that I have to use when washing. In order to use machine or get soap, I have to move the scrunchie so it goes on my wrist. It is not one I would ever use and it is only for laundry. Then when I am doing other things I see it. I go to wash my hands, I see it. I drink some water, I see it. I check my laundry and switch it to dryer. Ta da! If I have items I have to hang dry or lay flat to dry, I put however many hangers as I have items I need to pull on top of the washing machine so when I come to it I look for that many items. Adjust in ways that work best for you! Cognitive behavioral therapy works. 😂

And Anne Hathaway did explain why she did it, she said that just because she's an Oscar-winning actress people shouldn't expect her to take up serious roles all the time. 'Sometimes a girl just wants to have fun', she said. And I am so behind that, she did also make $7M from it so...

People with ADHD have something called time blindness meaning they struggle with the actual reality of time .. when someone says per say you have five minutes it feels like I have time to shower because it’s five minutes… but when someone says you have 300 seconds.. it hits you that it’s not a lot of time… they are the same exact duration but 5 minutes doesn’t generate the same urgency of 300 seconds
