  I have still WMR headset in box saved, and they still works. But also bad news for WMR users, Microsoft will drop support for WMR end 2024 in another Windows Update. It means many WMR headset cannot used anymore in new updates end 2024. If you still want use WMR: Get ISO package today or just before the last patch where WMR will removed. That should still possible to use WMR. And don't update then Windows. Yeah it's still risk in security but you can still use WMR as long WMR software is there. Due the Microsoft drop of WMR support, means selling WMR will more harder or headset will soon very cheap. Can be good or bad new for some people. I am already using Quest 3. So i have no more updates here for you. I wish every best luck with their old WMR headsets. :)

  Hope I can get help with this but: Everytime I try and unfavorite an avatar, it just pops back up, and everytime I favorite a new one, it just vanishes and goes back to it's regular number of 41 favorites. How do I fix this?

  Thank you for this video. One of our controllers got dropped, and the trigger would not fully release and something was bouncing around. Your video helped me know where the screws were, and where the plastic snap / ridges were. Took controller apart, searched intensely for where the little support plastic piece came from, but could not find (even took the controller apart further). In the end, put the controller back together minus little plastic piece and it worked again. These were the Samsung Odyssey controller which are tough, as they have dropped many times. Thanks again.

  I know it might feels weird, but as you can see the cover is just in place by small plastic clips. There is no other way to pull out, and joystick itself makes it easier without much damage. You may try pry cover around joystick open, but it will damage some plastic. I take in your problem the cover is kinda stiff. Try apply bit more force. You can pry a bit in edges to hope it will loose a bit, but pull at joystick stick is still safe. Like i did in my video, it went well.

  Before everyone try to do this at the latest WMR controllers (Reverb G2): this mailfunction is no more possible since the battery contacting is now soldered to the PCB. But the "low battery" problem remains...

  Thank You SOOOOOOOOOO Much!! I lost out on an Oculus Quest 2 deal and then I had this and then my controller just died on me. I disassembled my bad controller and cleaned the contacts as per your video and it's ALIVE again. Just amazing, Thank You!

  Pour out a shot for your N64 controllers. I tore the weight out of my feedback motor. Should have de-soldered it, but got lazy. Clipped the wires to the motors in my PS5 controllers -- never ever miss it.

  i broke my trigger and this helped me to strip down controller so thanks!
