This sign world has many words on the wall, and looking at the photos, it exists for a while. It's used for teaching others ASL weekly. So that makes it one of the official worlds for deaf community.
The same world is upgraded later with extra floor. When i found the video for it, i will show it. Now this is very early version of the sign world.
