    People naturally adjust flavourings to suit their taste. Guessing measurements can also ruin a recipe. Written recipes are no different than watching you follow a recipe. Written recipes can be more practical than watching the video and having food splatter on the screen.

    From my understanding you're using icing/powdered sugar? And mix them with eggs until its fluffy?

    Hi chef ! How solid does the coconut gel is in the final dish ? How long does it stay in the frigde to make the gel and before serving ? Thank you

    It will be solid depend on how you make it, depend on amount of agar. You can do it how you like end of the day. Few days in the fridge
