My senior song was the theme from the TV show "Fame". I rolled my eyes *so* hard, and still do.
This song came out about a month after I went through a divorce. I Related So much to this song. It still hits hard to this very day!!
I discovered taxi in 1985 when it came on channel 7, while visiting my grandparents in Denver, Colorado. It came on after the evening news, I just loved it. From the intro on the Queensboro bridge to the outro, just really resonated with me:) wonderful series:)
He spoiled it for her. He told her about the range and power before she heard the song 😩
Great story at the beginning!
I feel you, man. Only in my township back then the cops asked my mother and me what we did wrong. I'm glad time has changed this somewhat through our hellish experiences.
Anyone’s that’s been Im in The system will start breaking down when talking about some stranger in the corner taking notes. That’s where I always start tearing up. It’s the weirdest experience ever and I don’t wish it on anyone
Not only was Meat Loaf a fantastic singer, but he was an excellent actor, as evidenced by this video. Brilliant!
Your take on this was refreshing. Love the pretty lady there too 😍.
Great song ,and that time of year is also aa great song / with Mark Slaughter on vocals, glad i have them on my ipod, wish these songs could be on touchtunes to play at bars!!!
Great song, Thank you for this reaction..
I stopped supporting your channel when your channel eye candy said to ignore me because I didn’t think her country star. I wonder what your views would be like if you didn’t rely on a clearly ignorant female that you so rely on for your views. Delete this very fast to hide the truth
You got me 3
he glued tape on his fingers tips........
Nu Metal forever!

Best Skid Row song ever...

I and my sister were abused and now doing a podcast regarding this. We should do a podcast about our lives of abuse.
No auto tune or pitch correct existed back then . No backing tracks either .
The Master'''As a guitar master I think Prince was another master. But his music was entirely different'''''
You want emotional music? Try Stevie Ray's version of Little Wing. The soul of a genius paying proper tribute to another soul of a genius.
i miss dio so much. i named one of my dogs dio. so for the last 13 years i still speaks his name every day. long live the godfather of metal
maiden was also my first tattoo :D
My comments get deleted I guess I won't subscribe.
10:35 he reaches up and tunes the guitar. Needed to tweak the tonality to SRV temperament.
Congratulations!!
I like the 12 string in the back ;-)... You know Neil Peart played a Buddy rich tribute with Buddy's band, while some drummers gave mixed reviews and signals Buddy's band was more than impressed. Can't blame them I started out as a musician playing Jazz. I subscribed due your comments, The solo is a piece Neil Peart replicated it many times. He would change up his solos throughout their career but in fact many tours they were spot on and flawless - composed - replicated down to each poly-rhythmic beat. He's got limbs all in different time-signatures and coming together cohesively. The thing about Rush as a band is they were what I would call working musicians. they toured a lot while young - in '77 they did 248 lives shows, and it was that which made them so tight, so good, each band member just honing their talents and making each other better, they could read and play off each other. I've seen Rush live 32 times among the many venues I've attended, more than any other single band I'd seen. I'm just a guitar player and gigged professionally and semi-professionally for thirty years. The one thing I can tell you is a band, any band is just as good as it's drummer.
And yet you talk over the solos.
Besides Steve Perry, Freddie's voice is one of a kind and can be picked out anytime, anywhere if you didn't know the song. Genius.
Man that's crazy because I never thought of Jerry Reed until he hit that guitar lick and then you said it
I just love Craig Morgan's songs!
Freddie mercury. He was competing with himself.
Dear lord!😮
It was the 1 song of hers that I could only listen to once in a great while, because of the intensity of the subject matter it's about. Probably one of the most significant songs ever written in any Genre. Even to this day it hits hard at your emotions and I wasn't a abused child so for actual abused children I can't imagine the emotions they feel hearing it. This song wasn't meant to entertain you, it was meant to awaken you it had purpose.
It´s iconic, no more to say. I am glad, that the heroes of my days find their respect here today.
I must be the only person in the world who thought Rami Malek was miscast. I thought he was an embarrassment. The other 3 guys were dead ringers for their actual band counterparts, but I feel Malek fell short. It looked like he was always puckering up. There are actors who could have done the role more justice. There's a biopic about Freddie's life around the time he was diagnosed featuring a guy called John... something... and he has Freddie's physicality down to a T. All the facial expressions, the accent, the mannerisms are done so well.
FREDDIE is the GOAT !!! 🥰
Everyone has heard tons of Queen songs… in commercials. In movies. At any game played in an arena ( we are the champions … we will rock you … etc etc etc )
It’s the Most Streamed song of the 20 the Century
Yeah this channel is not really legit, until you do John Bonham doing Moby Dick
It's Moby Dick time
It's time to listen to John Bonham and Moby Dick
Congrats on the beautiful baby.
@docj72 há 1 mês “Fight the Good Fight”; "Magic Power"; Allied Forces".
It’s funny you brought up Wayne’s Word, in like 92 I had an AMC Pacer which was the car they drove around in and I would blast this song when pulling up to places where everyone was hanging out and I would get the Wayne’s Word chant from everyone it was so funny
Interesting fact: Thomas Dolby created that intro.
It's not just a song, it's a journey.
It'll be 50 next year and still stands the test of time What songs from todays charts will last that long and still be rocking audiences across the globe in 50 years time? NONE......
I put the Like just because of the baby. So sweet. Three generations reacting to Queen at the same time ❤. Okmm. The baby was sleeping, I know. Congrats❤
