C6 is pretty high compared to a G5 say but really its his tone and how high his chest voice can go before it hits mixed.. I think the best singers have a high range chest voice which gives them more power and flexibility in tge early higher notes instead of relying on a mixed voice early on which can sound a bit like mickey mouse at lower pitches 😂

I watched a lot of times Resurrection live video and came up with conclusion that in this song he's singing not with mixed voice but with head voice, what you think about it?

I’m glad to see a video focusing on his amazing voice. Ya he was a great dancer and at everything, but above it all he was a mother fucking SANGER!!! 🫡

In the Boingo Alive version of No Spill Blood he hits an absolutely beautiful high note when he repeats ‘to the house of pain’ and it goes so hard every single time

For one tenor there are all normal notes.Besides there are sdudio recording ...In Germany are many tenors, but one good baritone on the stage difficult to find.

The one thing about him that I feel like sets him apart from anyone else in the business is how for one ,he can hit a D5 and change it to a F5 and then go straight into a A5 all within a second or two and make it not only look easy but sound even easier. And then you have their live shows and I have been to tons of concerts that even though it was a super band that rocks but when you go to hear them live it just plain socks because you can't hardly make out what they are singing and I can't stand it when they just turn it up thinking that they will just play it so loud that they hope that you will not be able to tell that much. But I would go to a Priest concert and I could understand everything that he sung and everything that he sung was flawless everytime that I had a chance to make it to see them.

I think that Ustad Nusrat's WOMAD session 1985 should have all twelve octaves. And possibly more :) Here's the link - kzread.info/dash/bejne/k4mkqZajc8fXlZc.html

Thanks for this, love seeing an updated video for Patton! He has an endless supply of amazing vocal moments but one lesser known moment I've recently been in love with is his A4 streak from the live performance of "Pony", really shows his great technique in that upper 4th octave area

As a low bass who always had a really hard time hitting the usual high notes associated with rock and metal, Till’s vocals are so satisfying. Finally a metal song I can comfortably sing along to.

Sometimes when I get bored I sing one of my favorite songs (always either Oingo Boingo or The Beach Boys, usually Oingo Boingo) and I’ll just get mad and stop singing because of how shit it sounds compared to the original 😭😭😭 I’ve stopped trying to be as good as Danny (because it’s genuinely not possible) and instead have been trying to be as good as I myself can be! I’m slowly improving, but I could only dream of being this good…
