@@therealpc123 nah, I’d call him a Bass if he’s one note off from the open E string of a bass.

He's born with it. Bass vocal range. You can increase yours through training but don't expect to hit F1 if your worst is F2. Alternatively aging can help get you some nice deeper voice.
