Welcome to The Doing Stuff Channel where we...do stuff! As a Veteran and small business owner with over 14 years of experience in aviation maintenance I realized that what made my family and I happiest was serving others.
During the establishment of my business, I was greatly inspired by other KZreadrs like "Lawn Care Juggernaut" and "SB Mowing". Promoting the business was also a big reminder of how much I enjoyed editing and uploading as "BassMerica".
I'm a husband and father of two girls and a baby boy. I hope to successfully lead by example for my kids to do good things in the short time we're here. I hope to inspire my family even more than I've been inspired to not only do stuff but to do good stuff.
Thank you for supporting and doing stuff with me!

Yup, if males see a hole they go in.
Sweet 🔥
Very!
First like and comment
The carpenter bees seem to be gone from the swingset! I'll need to put some wood filler in the holes but I'm gonna leave the trap and see what I get.
Ok

Simple idea, but could do with some safety features, maybe. Something to cover the top half of the blade? I really was expecting to see a nasty little accident.
I have thought about this. I think a good idea would be to build a slot for the bamboo to go in and push through the slot. The blade would also be in the slot.
The closest thing to eternity that I have ever experienced in this life, is "The Honey Do List"!
Yea, I’ve received plenty of ideas lately for videos hahaha
Wow 😢 So did you send her a bill anyway?? I bet you manicured the hell out of that yard too!!!
Sure did…I’m charging premium rate for this. Lol
😂😂😂
You also might wanna make sure they don't have a Shovel because if you make them mad it might be used
I’ve heard this…
@DoingStuffChannel and don't forget garden Shovels
Yeah I hate those customers they always try to get me to do dishes and stuff but instead I just keep mowing
I thought it was just me…lol
At least 5 pounds
How do you even catch a fish that huge
I used a basket. Maybe I should do a video on that?
Yup
lol yup
Idk what that other guy is talking about, i thought this was awesome
I get it but I feel I took it to another level… sort of lol
I’m so tired of seeing these on my shorts. it’s so dumb and lazy, That and the backflip one. Literal cringe and I never say cringe.
.
You just can't take a joke
Except twice in one sentence
I have to agree but… I think mine is good 🤣

Rain is ok because like it is a good time to read a book 📚 and it is relaxing 😌 because it is nice to hear
It is relaxing which is why I love it!
I’m interested on how your going to make the reel? Super good video man!
Thank you for supporting! It’s actually a very simple idea I have. Unfortunately not made entirely of bamboo but from another tree.
Yeah
It’s good in moderation.
Yes! Exactly
No
When I was a kid we knew where all yhe bamboo grew. We'd cut a few and go to a little pond and catch some blue gill and some catfish. Bring it home to mom so we'd have a good dinner.
That’s awesome! I think I’d faint if my kids did that. Ha
🌧️ 😅
This turtle sat there for a good hour before getting back in the water. I do like turtles. lol

I used one brand (Eco Garden Pro). Before I put it on, I tested the lawn with a screwdriver to see how far it went in. Two days after I put the product on, I tested the same area, again and the screwdriver went in much further. Your mileage may vary.
This matches what I saw in my research...I'm hoping it will be additional help I need for my little front yard.
Liquid aeration is a gimmick just like ceramic coating for cars.
Have you used lawn aerator brand?
That’s honestly badass!

That’s crazy 😂

Ha! Thank you!
You bet!
They call us in Idaho rednecks and hillbillies. FAFO what we can do
Things have gotten so crazy that the hillbilly population is increasing. Even in the cities with all the jobs people aren't "making it" like they use to and now have to do things "the hillbilly way".
It's not their dream. They can't imagine it. All they know is what they've learned from the media. Yes the majority of people who live in big cities think that rural people are a mix of wrong turn and aunt Bea, ignorant, naive, gullible, and dangerous as hell. I don't blame them, or judge them for it. What do we think of city people? Where did we learn it? The media Why were we taught that? To keep us divided. For the same reason they're taught
You're 100% correct. That's why I didn't really mean to say city slicker and changed to city folk. My main point was that the term "hillbilly" is not derogatory or at all insulting to country folk. For some it is about perspective or outlook which is very much influenced by media as you said and/or the people they associate with. For example, "the hillbilly way" in a "professional environment" is considered doing something "incorrect" while on the other hand, the hillbilly way works when nothing else does. I think terms like city slicker or hillbilly when used as an insult are in some cases driven by their jealousy and insecurities as well.
Make a water source
what exactly do you mean? Like a pipe?
@@DoingStuffChannel yea just like that
And you can make water flow throughout the bamboo to wherever it ends
@@DaRealNoob_Gaming Good idea! this is the smaller type of bamboo but could still be done fairly easily.
Torture
What does it taste like ?
Sweet cucumber
I’m curious to see if the bigger ones are sweeter or maybe less sweet. This was my first time eating bamboo and simply boiled it. No seasoning or anything. Next I think I’d like to try it as a side with fresh blue gill. 🤔
😂❤❤❤❤ true. It's the gold life. Bless rednecks and hillbillies
It’s a blessing and a curse. My calf muscles are incredible but I get lost in cities. 😂
That's the easiest way? Lol!
I guess technically the easiest way is to hire someone but unfortunately yes it is the easiest way to replace mower blades. Even with this mower not having the best jack points, it's still easier than removing the deck or tilting it over. The famous engineering quote "The road to success is always under construction" by Lily Tomlin encapsulates the ever-evolving nature of engineering.
You ain’t all that country brotha! 😂
I am actually lol I've just learned other languages.
Yeah my kids are redneck and hillbilly mix 💯🧱🇺🇸 Trump 2024 🎉😂
neat lol
Yhats freaking right on!!¡!!!
😅😮
Cuts great!
Go to your nearest Harbor Freight store and buy a riding mower jack. It goes under all 4 wheels and lifts the whole riding mower in the air very high enough to replace the belts and blades of the riding mower. Quit doing things the hillbilly way.
How much are the jacks? Can the every day hill billy pick one up today? lol
Cheapest they have is $139…lol you can buy another mower on marketplace for that. Thanks for commenting!
It is much easier to just drop the deck and pull it out from under the tractor. Much safer AND allows for easy inspection of pulleys, spindles, and belts. Also, an $8 balancer tool will guarantee you have honestly balanced blades. That old "hang it on a nail" test is completely unreliable. This post earns a D+.
@@bobwelch7609 I takes all of 5 minutes to remover, sharpen and replace my two blades on my mower. If you have a floor jack, you jack up the front off the ground. remove the blade on one side, sharpen it with an angle grinder with the blade in my bench vice. Balance it on my blade balancer. Repeat on the other side, Done! This guy has no clue how to sharpen a blade. He just ground off the edge so it was straight, that's all. WTF?
@@PainterD54 If the blades are really chipped up then start with a angle grinder, but then to sharpen I would use a flat file. They work really well in skilled hands.
Osha found a way to write up the grass for being unsafe, this is gonna hit tinker Bell and the other fairies record pretty hard
I learned a while back that anything you do is an osha violation. lol
Good info but man you talk slow!
I do at times…😂 I’m not the best at this whole KZread thing obviously lol
Why he suddenly see an Asian n start talking with an accent lmao.
Think it’s cuz they have Down syndrome not cuz they were Asians
They’re Australian
Hes doing an Australian accent because they are Australian
Didn’t know that…
I've used this stuff once and it did an OK job for mild cleaning. I've had much better results with Pool Shock that I can buy for $4 a gallon. Mix the Shock with 50/50 with water and add about a cup of dawn into my 4 gallon back pack sprayer. Still shouldn't let it dry on anything so I did 10ft sections at a time. Hosed off and my fence and siding on my garage looked almost new. If you have heavy normal dirt build up, any one of the purple cleaner our there will do a great job on that mixed 50/50 with water.
Noted! This helps me decide on what to use the bottle for since I actually really liked the bottle having a valve for clean, off and rinse. I wish I would’ve included that in the video but maybe I can do a follow up with this info and show that. Thanks! 😊
Lol 😂❤❤❤
Thanks for the video. I used it for half my vinyl fence vs pool bleach with Dawn I bought at Walmart for $5 and it totally cleaned better than the 30 second cleaner.
Gonna probably use the bottle for my own dawn! Thank you for the info and support! 👊🏻
