  So I went for the interview and the questions had nothing Sales related, which I was more prepared for. The interviewer simply just ask for my past 5 years work experience, which I'm sure they already have by simply reading my resume and 3 general questions from a prompt (like describe to me a time when you ran into a quality issue and how you solved it, another one how do you handle prioritizing, and lastly a safety question scenario......but noting sales related) . So long story short, I didn't get hired. So the next logical question is, what are they ACTUALLY looking for in this type of interview that has no questions relating to sales, leadership or motivation? Are they just trying to feel for the person regardless of job capabilities (as I have sales experience), are they looking for personality over skillset? I applied for more RSA position in near by cities other than mines and I want to be prepared for the next interview. Thanks in advance, any RSA out there for Frito Lay feel free to answer.

  It's hard to say .they need bodies to work so there must have been something that red flagged you.i would reapply for a different position at another district.sometimesthose decisions could come down to availability issues or they just hired enough for that area but another district may need people more and you get the job

  God.... I don't know how you guys do it. I was an RSR in Charlotte for 6 years, was with out a doubt the worst job I ever had in my life. The act of stocking and delivering was fine, the management in Charlotte was godawful.

  Management issues aren't unusual at frito sometimes you get a power freak on an ego trip and next go around you get a reasonable manager

  Not sure about the felons thing. Since I've started they've changed the ride along. You now do it after you've accepted the offer before you officially start. When I was interviewing it was the final step of the interview process. It's very informative and beneficial..

  Sysco has the 10 hr break rule, but they always "fixed" my log so I could keep driving. I didn't stay there long.

  I worked at Sysco Detroit great pay but 90 plus hrs a week is not maintainable I even seen loaders pay stubs with over 100 hrs in a week we had 70 epj but would only run 35-40 every day with a 60k plus case count smh circus Fsfs work it self would not be bad if fully staffed with competent ppl the ppl who did the hiring now what they are doing engineering a situation so they can make over time but let’s not be greedy 90-100 literal hrs at work in a warehouse takes a toll on your body and family n home life it’s crazy how many ppl would be gone for a min saying they got into car wrecks from fatigue leaving the job but if you want to stack some paper quik it’s a ok place but there needs to be some policy changes to fix these issues frfr it’s work not a WORRY FREE CONTRaCT”sorry to bother you cashis green 🤦🏽‍♂️

  It was useful. I haven't driven in 2 years, so I haven't used it, but their website is still up and running. I loved it for using multiple rideshare app.

  Hello sir question. I have a interview for FT merchandiser here in Dallas. I was doing some math and 19 a hour plus .55 per mile and all the overtime 1.5 I read merchandisers having to work, my math comes in easily over 60k all together unless I’m missing something ?

  Good live view. When i have only lyft on, it takes rides automatically during a ride, so if your in route with Lyft and uber is turned off with mystro, does it put another ride in queue? If so, im guessing it will do it for Lyft because Uber is turned off?

  I used an app that automatically accepts trips based on certain filters. That screen shows name, distance away, and rating.

  I was watching some of your previous Insta cart videos don’t you think you’ll be better doing door dash or Uber or something as it’s less stress you don’t have to walk around the store finding products and then driving sometimes quite a lot of miles to the customer for sometimes only $10 I’m sure you can make more on the other platforms

  I spent 17 years as a merchandiser ,I never seen or heard of a 3 cart order,most stores end up with 2 or 3BACK STOCK 3 carts on an order is a practical day off

  Product gets delivered via truck (ie I deliver product and put it on the shelf). Cardboard boxes get returned to the warehouse for recycling. If you're a merchandiser, you work the product that's already in the store and leave the empty boxes with the backstock to be picked up the next day.
