Hey there! Its been a while!

Hi! Just got an offer for RSR and I am very excited to try this new endeavor. I was told I will always make $790 a week. is that pre tax? Also, once you go over 40 hours, how much more do you get paid? Will it be over 790 each week ? Message me at your convenience. Thank you

Hey Luis! Welcome to Frito! $790 a week is pretax. It is also assumes that you worked 50 hours per week. There's also a bonus portion....i don't remember if that's factored in to that number or not. Starting out, you will be a vacation driver. Your overtime, until you get your own route, is calculated at 1.5x anything over 40 hours. All routes are designed for 50, but as a vacation driver, you'll likely work closer to 60. My weekly checks as a vacation driver were larger on average than my weekly pay since I've been on a route, but now my OT is calculated at a lower rate. Also, my bonus now is way bigger. I won't go into detail about bonus calculation. You literally have to have a PhD to figure that shit out. Let me know how you like it. K

@@DrivingwithKevin Really appreciate all of the good information. Pretty excited to start. They told me that I will be training for 6 weeks. Now starting off, if I work over 50 hours, Will I make 1.5x overtime? Or will it be smaller. And to clarify, 790 for working 50 hours and le'ts say I work 60 hours, what will my paycheck look like.

And will I be with a trainer the first 6 weeks? How many stops will you think I will have. Im nervous, not going to lie

You'll make 1.5x OT for anything over 40. When they tell you $790 weekly, they're including 10 hours at 1.5x in that pay. Training lasts anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. There's 3 or 4 days of off site training, which right now they are doing via Zoom. That sucks because you lose some of the value. The rest is OJT, working directly with a trainer in the market daily. It's usually a traditional route, which is your convenience stores and small grocers. Every day is different accounts. The number if stops varies, but you won't be alone until the very end.

@@DrivingwithKevin What is the hourly pay? Do you think that I will work 40 hours or more considering the zoom training? DO they guarantee 40 or more if they tell you you are full time?
