Instead of using the seeds , I prefer to use the capsules. That way, I can open it and use the powder. Every now and then, I like to dye my hair tips blue. Fenugreek helps me to remove the color faster than just multiple washes alone with quicker results.

I used 2 teaspoons of socked fenugreek,fresh aloevera gel ,castor oil(1 teaspoon), glycerine (1 teaspoon),1(600mg evion capsule),and added 2 tablespoons of my mix oil ,grind together and make a fine paste.Put on your scalp included whole length.Wash with luke warm water not cold water remember after 1 hour you will see amazing results.

My blonde hair has really darkened with a light red hue in the past month (everybody asked me when i dyed then brown), I think shikakai was the culprit, but i've started alma a bit later and it seemed to have the same problem. What's crazy is that i barely leave them on for 30secs, and use them 2/3 times a week. I'd love a shikakai experiment if you ever have some bare strands and powder on your hands

The paste gets stuck in your hair and it’s a pain to get it out. I had to do a ACV rinse and a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the yellow flakes. I would recommend doing a fenugreek water rinse if you have natural hair.

Fenugreek paste penetrates and smooths my low porosity, 3B hair. The first time I tried it the wash out was difficult because it's grainy and tends to bind, so I moved to grinding 2 tablespoons of seeds ( you don't need much because it expands), adding warm water gradually as it expands, and then I blending the mixture on high to get it as smooth as possible; then I apply to detangled sectioned hair, braid or twist those sections during the application (overnight), and then rinsing those individual sections to avoid a tangled mess for next level results.

When I first started using henna and indigo I was so disappointed.. my greys were so prominent and I thought what I waste 😞. I persevered and after my 4th attempt I was soo happy it worked and I achieved the black hair that I wanted. I now apply every 4-6 weeks 😊xxx

Any update on the de transitioning from Henna? I’m on the SAME BOAT! Henna not only made my hair stiff and dry but it also pressed out my curls! And this is what they don’t tell you…. henna also minimized my volume!!!!!!!!! SO UPSET! I had natural vivacious volume that has significantly minimized and it’s like I have someone else’s hair that is very very fine with barely any volume. :0/. I’ve already checked out the before and after of my curly hair journey and I couldn’t be more upset. So I’ve opted out of experimenting products like these all together. The Ayurvedic route isn’t for everyone. They say do Amla treatments to get the curls back… but I’m just like… I don’t feel like experimenting anymore with herbs. Anyone have any other tips to get henna out completely?????? I want my volume and curls back. Hope your journey is better now. ❤

My hair seemed fine. Then after a few days, I felt like more strands were falling out too often. Now I'm sad. I'm going to try your method as I have tried to get a hold of a hairdresser and a friend who is one, but no luck. I feel horrible. I have been trying to grow my hair for years, and now I'm just depressed.

Yes henna u need confitioner snd oils and during application need to keep it damp and not dry the mask out and when u apply it damp hair is best.
