Hello everyone! Todays video is my new and improved fenugreek paste recipe! My original video received wonderful feedback and has been used by creators all over the diy hair care space. The impact that the video has is crazy and I am so thankful for your feedback and support! In my original video, however, there were safety concerns in the instructions that I gave (ie, using super hot liquids in a blender) that could lead to serious injury. So here is an updated video sharing how to SAFELY make this paste without worrying about your blender exploding! It is likely that I will be taking down my original video because of safety concerns but I hope that this new video will replace it nicely!

I was ready to strain 3 times as I started the process. But that first strain was so messy. I thought I had to bear up and make it through 2 more but it was so smooth and actually came out perfect with one strain. Happy all the way around! 😄😄😄

I made mine today using a different video. I had not seen yours until long afterwards. My gut wanted to strain it, but I didn't because the author of that video didn't. It was truly a mess. I went outside to put it in my hair because all the little grains were falling all over my bathroom. I'm so excited to try your method. It aligns perfectly with what my gut was saying.

This is great! I just made mine for the first time, but I soaked seeds over night first. Then blended with a stick blender. I'm going to get a magic bullet type blender. I strained once with a cheese cloth, it was hard but it only required one straining. It's so creamy, but like a creamy gel. I can't wait to get it into my hair. I'm mixing some into a henna batch, and maybe using some in my DC !!!!

Yes! I recommend freezing this in silicone molds so you only need to thaw what’s needed at a time :)

Dear Lady Bloom-- I bought the ingredients for your mask and am excited to make it. Will it work on color-treated Caucasian hair? I've always hd a thick mane, but meds taken to treat an infection hv caused massive hair loss. My prayers are for you. Blessings, Trish S.

So nice to come to your channel. Always very peaceful. My straining war story is that I was straining once and took my eye off the hose and pot and that sucker got away from me and like a boomerang popped me in my jaw and throat. Fenugreek paste everywhere. 😂 Also can you use virgin Coconut Oil instead of Olive Oil? Organic OO is crazy expensive. Thanks again.

Hey would you say it’s the fenugreek that grew your hair or the henna ? Or something else ? I mean if you had to choose only one ingredient what would it be ?

Both henna and fenugreek have played a big role in my hair growth. But if I were to choose just one, I would go for fenugreek mainly because it is easier to use. But henna is a very close second.
