Please inspect Frith Road in Dover - worst at the Maison Dieu end. Tarmac is developing a 'split' down the centre. Several drain covers are collapsing around the iron gratings. Thank you.

At about 50 seconds, we see the truck drive off, with ONE pothole filled in, but a GAPING CASM at the bottom of the picture that has just been left, which is way bigger than what you repaired... This is why our local roads are in such poor condition. Why not repair them both whilst you were there repairing one?

Good to see honest accurate information being reported, well done. I stopped smoking in 2016 (40 a day), have vaped since then by making my own e-liquid, gradually reducing the nicotine content and now close to zero. Couldn't have done it without vapes. I fear because of the dangers with disposable vapes there will be an ill thought out blanket ban on everything vape related which will prevent others from following the life saving path I've been down that is now so close to helping me stop altogether.

done most of it right but at the very end it needs sealing around the edges with liquid bitumen or water will get in especially in the winter and will just degrade it back to a pothole like we see all over uk roads . look how the yanks repair their roads . it looks like crazy paving because they seal all their repairs to stop water ingress and lifting / degrading the repair .

Wrong - potholes occur because of lack of road maintenance. There were No potholes in the 50' to 80's, Thatcher started the policy of no maintenance and county councils have embraced it.

today I received an email that says :"As your landlord or letting agent recently requested, we've now completed the transfer of your deposit and any accrued interest for the tenancy above to TDS". Help! any advice? I still in a property,how can anyone claim my money...and without any "open claim", agency/landlord takes deposit for a tenancy that still active?...reported long time agoi to DPS and nothing been done by them since start of the year when I have noticed that on account says "agency/landlord reported you moved out"...how is that legal...

I do hope that Kent is looking at the Velocity system which seems to offer a quick new solution to the pothole problem and councils that say that they can't afford it should really look at the hidden costs of pothole problems.

Totally agree. It's very embarrassing if you book a slot and then an emergency at home occurs or your car won't start (as in my case) and you are not able to cancel. it feels like very bad manners to just not turn up, but there's nothing you can do about it! Not sure about the "just turn up" part of your answer, although it would alleviate the embarrassment of not turning up to a booked time slot, as there are times when Richborough is virtually empty and times when there would otherwise be a queue of cars stretching along the main road awaiting entry...
