How KCC adult social care and Community Micro-enterprise can help local communities

Lexi, a social worker from Kent County Council, talks about her experience working with community enterprises in order to find flexible support for her customers. Community enterprises are very small businesses or self-employed people offering care and support options on a small scale. They might offer care and support in the home, creative and inclusive classes or activities in the community.
Kent County Council has been working in partnership with Community Catalyst CIC to help local people use their talents to set up as community enterprises offering all kinds of creative and flexible care and support options.
