I have been in fund accounting for 10 plus years and am a candidate for Senior Role at a prestigious asset manager. You seem elitest when you mention only degree and accredidation holders and thats offensive.

  Super example madam with regards to get up in the morning shares not there for buy and get up in the morning shares are there. I will remember this example through out my carrer. Very simple examples madam and very easy to understand as well
