Income distribution is basically when the funds income is generated from any dividend or interest. Capital gains is generally when a fund sell any stock or assets, so capital gain is income from capital.

Geneva is a accounting platform or Tool.

If Redemption happen in the Fund how will it impact in the NAV? Nav will be reduced right? If i am wrong please assit me on this

Capital activity will never has NAV impact into the fund, because when unit outstanding is reduced cash in that case is reduced as well. Hence the impact get nullified.
