Hi mam, I did B com back in 2011 and did banking 8 years. For last 2 years working in a back office job as operations analyst with principal office in UK a small asset managment company. What advice you would give for enrolling in Masters or some securities operations certification suffice the need in near future if wanna work in dubai or here. Thanks

Hi mam, I am working in hedge funds department.There are many Fx trades coming into the fund daily some are spot and forwards.I am not able to understand comceptually.Daily they are calculating fx forward points and loading to software till the settlement date.

Hi Akhil!! Captives means the back office is doing work only for its parent bank It will NOT do any other banks operations and settlements
