The far left are not motivated by compassion, just like the bolsheviks were not motivated by compassion. It is nothing but ideology of sticking it to the other side. Theirs, is just like the Bolshevik’s, sole focus is to oppose. Oppose and destroy what is. The asylums were bad, so they shut them down, instead of fixing them. The war on drugs with jailing people was lost, so we just allow “safe” use, instead of work projects that keep people employed raising their self worth.

no, choices cause homelessness, the choices one makes every day, some choose to be homeless for various reasons, some dont feel worthy, some where never taught to mentally mature, so the choices they make are like those of a child and only really consider here and now. How one makes choices is taught by life, what you experience, what your parents teach you or as the case maybe, what they dont teach you. There are cases of just bad luck, but those are few and far between... what it really boils down too, is what and how you teach your children. I am no stranger to poverty but I have never been homeless, my kids always had food and clean clothes and I come from one of the worst housing projects in Canada, Regent Park.

You will cry if you think you will take what I've worked for all of my life. The slave story is a take. When you have way more opportunities in your life than your ancestors did...you should be grateful for the sacrifice that they made for you. Not use them for the continuation of whining.

The Soviets systematically worked their German POWs to death. 4,000 out of 2 million Germans returned to their homes after years of forced labour in gulags. Eisenhower starved over 1 million German soldiers to death. The Germans had no such policy towards allied prisoners. Both sides shot prisoners when it wasn't convenient to imprison them. The Americans were no better than anyone else.

I wonder if there will be an honest study of the Shumerian progenitor to the Hebrew bible, hopefully all can learn the actual truth so the wars may end and prosperity may abound. Anthropology is completely captured and God only knows how they have mishandled priceless artifacts for the sake of politics.
