Many thanks for the video! I have a BMW e36 compact for track days and there are a lot of videos available about drifting what I am not interresting in. I love rear wheel drive but would like to get ridd of my bad habits and improve my sport driving. Would you post a video specific on RWD technic?

Great video Dan and it's great to see the weekend from a different category of racing. 😁 To whoever edit's your videos, you are doing a great job. But a bit of constructive criticism, it would be so much better if you chill out on the cuts when Dan's at home. Towards the end, Dan sounded like an AI robot. 😅 I've been watching Dan's videos since they started and the bits of dead space really don't take away from the video experience. They make them more raw, unique, personal, and give the videos an identity that belongs to Dan. Apart from the cuts, the video production is great. 👍 - Scott

Definitely a freak accident, my guess was front wheels on full lock and wide rear wheel contact propelling the car die to the rears being so much wider. But it definitely was a racing incident. Just a spectacular one
@rugbymonster17Ай бұрын
Kudos for clearing the air. Lot worse crashes in f1 with similar race incidents. Just glad all involved are safe. As you said not much in it just the turn of events that made it look worse.

The wheels on these 911 cats slightly protrude beyond the bodywork. Looks like Angus' rear wheel rolls over your front bumper and launches him. In Carrera Cup Deutschland i think, there was a similar issue a few weeks ago. Not such a heavy roll on that one though. No malice intended and a pure racing incident only.

Racing incident also that section of track is narrow with all the traffic
@GiantHaystackАй бұрын
You don't drive with malice, and given the cost of your major off in the BTCC, you more than most appreciate the value of a clean drive. Glad to hear Angus is fine, that's the most important thing. Hopefully they can find the funding and the time to repair his car. Best wished for the season.

@@DLRTV23 Ah right... I stand corrected - fair play to Tim and David for that spot so. Ya it was fairly obvious that Angus came over the top of your left wheel arch...
