Okay, but back then, 5 and 10 dollars were way. More money than you're making it out to be. I wish you would explain that to people.

What's worse is that Garland's experience wasn't unique. There are countless horror stories about the levels of control Studios exerted on the actors, partly to keep another Roscoe "Fattie" Arbuckle accident from happening.

Judy was just a beautiful and talented woman too. She would have easily been a star even if she had not been pushed. ❤ Rest Easy Judy.

All that I have to say about secret societies. Is they all seem to have some weird common interest in being the smartest people of certain generations coming together and researching magic and other rituals.

WAIT A MINUTE, I always thought it's a really strange coincidence THE most popular stock horror characters were all created in some random evening, but it being a year of existential dread for everyone makes more sense for a background of both vampire stories and Frankenstein's monster.

just to let you guys know. The Europeans did not bring the first horses over to the native Americans. It was actually the Spanish that did this in the 16th century.

Blood Mary into the mirror on the highway to make her get those steps in. IT'S LEG DAY! ONE! TWO! ONE! TWO! Although would be nice if these urban legends were more like the sqaunk or the Tiber river monster. They're more bizarre and more aggressive tendencies are attributed because people are more embarrassed to be scared of them.

One minor critique. Harper's Ferry was in Virginia at the time of the raid. The State of West Virginia didn't exist yet, though its creation was right around the corner. Curious if this will be included in the "lies" episode...🤔

As for the movies, The General by Buster Keaton is a great piece of entertainment, but The Great Locomotive Chase by Walt Disney is a much better film. It incredibly shows the events before, during, and after the chase almost 100% accurately, with only a few small liberties. It's an underrated gem of motion picture production.

Terrorism is a matter of perspective. The IRA were considered terrorists until they beat the British and a free Ireland existed again... The founding fathers of America were considered traitors as well as terrorists, but... The French Resistance during WW2 were considered terrorists by the Vichy French and the 3rd Reich... Terrorist is a label people use to discredit their enemies. There's no such thing as a fair fight, especially in war.
