Through practices of qigong, mindfulness and internal martial arts, we can cultivate a deep respect for ourselves and for nature. This is because we are nature manifest in human form.

Thank you so much for being so gracious. You make the practice pleasant and enjoyable by keeping your lovely smile on the whole time. 😊
❤
I've just bought it! Very happy with it!! Thanks Mimi! I love you're teachings!
This felt absolutely fantastic. It was a little difficult even thought I‘m not a beginner at qigong but I will repeat this practice until I can do it on my own. Absolutely wonderful!
Great! Glad you enjoyed it so much :) it's a great one to build into a daily routine.
Beautifully done. I'm happy to have found you there. Looking forward to more.
Thanks for joining and commenting :)
A very peaceful set of moves. Thank you Mimi. Your commentary is very inspiring and I always love and enjoy returning to your style of qigong. ❤😊
Thank you so much!
Coming back to this routine I am left admiring its quiet impact. 😊

Hello. Another viewer recommended your teaching in the comment section of the video "13 minutes of body activation". Thank you for teaching us and thank you for saying some terms in Chinese: beautiful, fascinating language. I came across Qi Cong in Ireland thanks to my doctor and Master, dr Zhou or John. Not these exercises, so it's nice to learn other styles and methods. Wish I could meet my dear dr Zhou again soon. Enjoy your days. Cheers and slán!
Thank you for your appreciation :) keep up the practice !
I've been experimenting with doing qigong every morning with a different element. I go in order of elements everyday. I've noticed that this one really helped me get back into focus. But when I did qigong for the fire element, I was unfocused for a whole day, I had a splitting headache, and I felt kinda tweaked out. Does this mean I have too much fire within me?
It could be all sorts of reasons, and it is hard to say without knowing you. But it could mean an imbalance with your fire, try to do more cooling practices.
I very much enjoy these practices. Thank you
Glad you like them!
I started the meditation feeling anxious and worried. My mind abuz with thoughts. Fire blazing! By the end, my heart and mind were together and quiet. Clouds separated and clouds parted. My heart could feel the light of the sun.
This is beautiful, thank you for sharing Donald!
U also upload this oj instagram ❤
It is on Vimeo if you want to find it!

Thanks!
thank you Holly!
Perhaps Commons support could use your support Mimi in order to answer for issues to unsubscribe from your platform. So disappointed w your support on that platform.
Do you mean Commune? I unfortunately don’t have access to their platform as they host the content. So sorry to hear you’re not receiving help. 😢

Love your practice . Too much talking .
Thanks for the message
Hello Mimi, thank you for sharing your practice. I appreciate the ease of following along and your calming voice. I have two questions: 1. Are we meant to do each side seven times or seven total for each practice? 2. Any idea why I become dizzy while doing "Shake the Back" and any advice o how to prevent the dizziness? Thank you!
Thank you 🙏 You can do between 5-9 repetitions on each side. For the last form, make sure not to drop your head back, which can hurt your neck and cause dizziness. Reach up through your nose or chin instead, and avoid any compression to the neck and spine. Hope that helps!
@@MimiKuoDeemer Thank you for your quick response. I have been dropping my head back! Your recommendation should help.Thank you again.
Thanks.- When need we braith through the mouse?
It is better through the nose but you can do whatever is more easeful for you
Beautiful!
Thank you!
Does this exercise have a name?
This is the 5 Element Qigong practice for the stomach and Spleen
Thank you 🎉

Thank you for explaining those differences. I do enjoy the Qi Gong. Simple movements with great achievement. 🌱
My pleasure!
Is it the same bone marrow cleansing practice done by Shaolin masters that bring rain?
Ketika pertama kali aku belajar ini, badan ku kelihatan merah-merah. Megapa ? Terutama di bagian wajah , tangan dan perut
I hope you're ok now, maybe just be more gentle in how you move in the practice.
@@MimiKuoDeemerthank you
Wow, you are familiar with many styles of qigong. How would you compare primordial qigong to shibashi? I’m fluctuating between the two. Thank you.
If you practice both you can develop your own comparison, our perspectives are always different :) one will resonate more with something than someone else.
thank you for this yin restoration, i look forward to learning more from you
Thank you too!

This is the best 8 brocades tutorial on KZread. You explain very clearly how to breathe during the practice and do it in a slow pace so that everyone can follow. Thank you so much for your teaching
Glad it was helpful!
Didn't understand at the last one and the sixth , when is the inhale and exhale ?
You can do it in a way that feels comfortable and natural for you
what is different between falun gong and qi gong
Falun gong is a Buddhist religious sect that uses qigong, whereas qigong is a term encompassing thousands of years of China's energy cultivation practices, and does not have a specific religious affiliation
@@mimikuo-deemer923 recently I have been practicing falun gong.Is it ok to practice falun gong and qi gong together.
If it works for you, I don't know of a reason why not
💖thank you
Thank you for practicing with me!
Thank you that there is no advertisement in your video.
🙏
Thank you for a calm and great instructions! I love your video! I was wondering why I cannot do each move with only one inhale and exhale and wanted to know if that is normal or if I am doing something wrong? Thank you again ❤
Hey - thank you for watching my videos. There is no right or wrong way to breathe, if you are moving slowly then you may not be able to do each move with one inhale and exhale. Let it be natural.
Thanks!
Thank you!
Excellent
Thanks
phenomenal practice, thank you so much
Glad you enjoyed it!
loving the book, and all the youtube practices! thanks mimi!
You're so welcome!

Hi, Mimi ❤ Can you help me, I bought in Vimeo 8 Silk Brocades, but from my email, I can’t open.. The link continued to ask me to bye again.. before I opened no problem, but now I can’t.. Maybe you can give me support, because Vimeo support didn’t help me
Thank you dear Mimi for your beautiful practices. I found you only a few weeks ago here on KZread. It feels so good to start the day with you. Sending you lots of love 💖
You are so welcome! Thank you for starting the day with me!
What a beautiful Flower🙏🏼 thank you
Thank you :)
you have a really soft pretty voice I love the way you keep referring to the strength and power of the bear as you're doing it which is really encouraging to get even more into it as you're doing it
I am happy to hear the words are supporting your practice. Keep going with it!
Thank you so deeply for this video. It is very well done. Where was this filmed? It is beautiful. My Acupuncturist sent me this video to practice. He also has me soaking my feet in really hot water with ginger slices to release toxins and enhance circulation. Today was the first time that I practiced with you. I can tell that this is going to be very helpful for me. My body got really tired, sore, tingled and felt weak because my fascia and muscles need strengthening. I am super tight in my body, so I know this will loosen me up in time. I have cervical lordosis in my C Spine and I got Stephen's Johnson Syndrome as a kid. So both have caused issues with flexibility and movement. I am going to make Qigong my morning practice! I felt really peaceful after doing the practice with you and even felt the energy change and move differently within my body. It also lifted my mood and gave me inspiration! I appreciate you for sharing your wisdom, strength and hope! Keep you posted on how I progress after doing Qigong for a few months straight! Take good care! :)
Thank you for sharing all this - I hope you have been maintaining the morning practice and that you are feeling the benefits. Keep it up :)
DRAWING THE BO IS NUMBER 3 here but number 2 in most others I have noticed why is this I also lernt it as you do it Mimi THANKS
There are many different lineages - none are right or wrong :)
Thanks!
thank you!
