    In 10 years there will be a horrific fire sale on Florida real estate due to rising sea levels, as every square foot of Florida becomes wet & soggy, with the water table in most of Florida 1-5 feet. The Gulf just rose 5 inches in the last 12 years. The sea WILL reclaim Florida in coming years. Get out now as in a decade, Florida real estate, sitting on soon to be soggy ground, will be going for pennies on the dollar. Fire sale of Florida real estate in a decade. 💯

    Start early with diversified investments in stocks, bonds, and real estate. Maximize contributions to tax-advantaged accounts like 401(k)s and IRAs. Regularly review and adjust your strategy to ensure security....

    People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

    Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

    Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

    I want to move to Florida from Chicago but I hear it is overcrowded.

  • @MelanieLovesTampaBay
    @MelanieLovesTampaBayАй бұрын

    I hear that a lot but I think it totally depends on where in Florida you want to move. There are definitely areas that feel overcrowded but it’s all relative to what you’re used to. There are also areas that are very rural, especially in the panhandle and the center of the state (Orlando excluded). Florida has many personalities depending on where you are. Come explore the different cities for a bit and see if any of them feel like home

    I live in the south shore area and there is a ton of used houses for sale plus new houses available that have not been listed. You have to go to the builders office to get the info. In conclusion, the inventory is larger than we can see on the internet.

    Some great projects here. One thing no one talks about is water. There is only so much water developers can take from the Florida Aquifer. The thing you don;t what is to have sea water seeping and contaminating your water supply. Sure it rains in Tampa. We did not get much rain over the past year. Many ponds are very low. This also causes sink holes. On the bright side, Tampa should lead in EV charging stations with the development of these projects. EV's work great in warm climates and not so well in cold weather Upstate New York . Thanks for keeping us up to date on these projects.

    Dont let the no state tax fool you.... It sucks and is not affordable. I came from OH and I think it's impossible to live here. Insurance, home insurance, car insurance, property tax is all crazy higher than northern states.

    Hah…. My CT electric bill is about 4X higher than my FL electric bill. As far as my insurance bill is concerned I have an X zone rating but my insurance bill was going to be stupid high due to a FEMA flood risk revision triggered by “global warming” hysteria adjustments to the flood maps.
