We didn't find a big difference in prices for pool vs. no pool homes when we were looking in early 2020. We thought we didn't want a pool, until we started seeing houses WITH pools, and they just seemed more inviting. So we ended up with a house with our own pool. We also have a community pool, but we've never used it. We usually only use our pool in the summer, but we still enjoy sitting poolside almost every day of the year.

Some of the community pools are so cool.
I'm not interested in a pool, in fact I'm specifically looking for a house without one! I would like a jacuzzi though.
Would not live in Florida without a private pool. Also, our community pool is cold, especially outside Summer season. 1st world problem
If I had a pool in Florida, I wouldn’t need swim trunks.
