Love the bold colors, the Spanish style homes and the nature but your right Wesley chapel is far from the beach. I live in a suburb of Tampa and love my home but I feel so far from everything which would be the same if living in Wesley chapel.
If we didn't love our amazing Meadow Point IV neighbors, this is where we'd go...no question.

Hello, is the pool in Estancia heated in winter time?

Hi There! I am not aware of any sinkhole activity in Estancia. However, I always recommend that a potential buyer check out sinkhole maps so they can feel ok about where they are purchasing.
Pit Bulls are wonderful dogs. They suffer from an aggressive name. If they were called "Fluffy Marshmallow Huggy-Pups" they wouldn't have that unfair reputation.
