Tampa is very diverse, and in my opinion, it’s a great place to start. Real Estate is still undervalued vs. other costal regions, and the quality of life is fantastic!

What are you talking about? Tampa is Hillsboro County and wesley chapel is pasco county. Wesley is nothing like Tampa.
