Juan, thank you for this great video! I am also from Detroit and we are building a townhome down in Tampa Bay! You are so right when you say as you get older you are basically "done" with snow, ice and freezing cold. The only salt I want is the stuff from the beach!

Hey Juan! Love the vids. Couple questions for you. Do you automatically have access to the lagoon if you live in WC, or do you need to purchase a pass if you live outside the Epperson neighborhood? I've noticed WC overlaps Zephyrhills and San Antonio in certain spots. Are the schools assigned, or can you select which district to attend?

Great video 👍 it looks like Wesley Chapel checks all the boxes, just one question, since the area is relatively new, do you have data on sink holes for Wesley Chapel?

Lithia is great too. It has top rated schools. It’s a bit more rual and definitely doesn’t have acccess to the same level of amenities.

I’m considering making a move to Wesley Chapel.

We are planning to move to Tampa and was approved for our HELOC for the next purchase. What would you recommend we do and in which order? We already know we want to move to the Wesley Chapel area but what is next? do we need to rent in Tampa before applying for a mortgage there? at what point do we need to file for a job transfer to a different state? how do we proceed?

There are both incorporated and unincorporated areas of Pasco county. If it’s unincorporated you’d hire it out.

Avalon Park, isn’t even there. They stopped building a long time ago and the land is not developed

I assure you it's as real as the houses our clients are currently building.

We’re full dude. For the love of God, recommend somewhere else. Traffic is already a nightmare in Wesley Chapel at ALL HOURS. Pick a different city.

Everywhere is full.. every state has the same complaints. My mom lived in Tampa Florida most of my life . She says she experienced racism there… maybe it’s still there when you ready comments. Houston is full, Dallas is full, Atlanta is full, DC is full., everyone has the same traffic problems. If ppl have the money, let them go where that want , maybe the city need to extend highways and the interstate areas. As much as I love Florida , it may be just a vacation spot for me. I don’t want to deal with Yonkers now southerners racism antics and prejudice rhetorics🤷🏽‍♀️

Please don't encourage anymore people to move here, we are getting too crowded!!

Zephyrhills is nice. As long as you're okay with driving 20+ minutes to the highway and amenities.

Thanks for the reply. Planning to choose a community right outside WC border(zephyr ridge, DR Horton), just to find that balance. Hopefully the SR 54 expansion will help
