MY QUESTION IS Did the original Curtiss pushers produced before the first world war originally have dual ignition magnetos? Many thanks, Paul Murphy, London, UK.
A nation founded on hate, opression, theft, rape, racism, salvery and and murder can not abandon the principles it was built on and still maintian power. Acccepting truth is a very hard thing to do because it requires letting the ego die which is very painful. I took me 44 years of lying to myself before I accepted what I had witnessed my entire life as reality..
Spitfire George, greatest plane aver built. Rolls Royce Merlin Engine, Sweetest sound you could hear out here
Has this plane flown yet or is it still being restored thanks
What a beauty
Kermit...Is this the same aircraft that Steve Hinton flew in the film The Rocketeer? It was rumored that for the film, extra wing length was added to enhance stability. Can you guys confirm? Love all the shows.....Mike
What a gorgeous plane.
I’m sorry but shit pouring out of your engine is a good reason to stop and look things over. Other than that what a beautiful plane. Please keep up the great work and make sure to show it off every chance you get. 😊
Great video! The Curtiss Pusher is definitely my favorite "Pioneer Age" aircraft! (Although I prefer the "headless" version that didn't have the "header" assembly out in front of the pilot.)
Its half helicopter
Nice aircraft!
Great, nice memory
Jump to 3:20 for the mechanical symphany that is th Merlin engine. Positively amazing.
That plane took so many souls
You know the mechanic a vet standing that close
wonderful plane of COLONEL AVIATEUR Raymond LALLEMANT DFC 23-08-1919 30-01-2008 Belgian air force
That's a Beast.
My favorite prop plane ...
I don't ythink Kermits eyes were that big when he flew the Gee Bee. You could see him calm down once back over the run way. Love that plane.
Yay

Brilliant video. There is a book entitled Night Witches which I have in my collection and read cover to cover at least three times. Lovely video here. Thanks for sharing this unique and important aircraft. Cheers. Merry Christmas to all by the way. ❤love

Honest question: why did the motor not start at the beginning? Was he turning it to lubricate it?
a pretty plane !!!
Such a beautiful airplane, too bad it doesn't get flown more often!
good lord this things a beast violent i kinda prefered planes above cars this is why lol holy hell not to mention what the thing can do in the air
The Spitfire (in my opinion), is the greatest, best looking & best sounding aircraft to have ever graced the earth.
Wonderful to see this in the air and first person perspective through the lens.
Hats off to its battery to take that much load during the startup.. dint see any APU connected so i guess its the battery powering the cranking the whole time..
Sounds like she's starving a bit at the beginning ( Could be the choke ) ... grey smoke is the fuel mixture. And there ya go ... at 3.05 you hear the Pilot say something about pushing the MIXTURE forward ... and BOOM ... as soon as he gets the choke/fuel mix sorted she fires right up.
Nas suas fantásias
Have a Question 4U Fella's How do U Tune a Merlin Engine ? Thx Robert Australia 🇦🇺
If these guys were the mechanics in ww2, the war would've been lost for sure.
A true dream to fly with Kermit!
Anyone knows what those hand signals mean at 5:39? is he saying shut it off? or it means something else?
more open space to land. more mail then.
mail pilot with possibly many runs with mail inside. had to win the prize. no experience with a drop tank. sometimes fuel pumps.
Another splendid and most interesting video mr. Weeks. Thank you for sharing. Greetings from Gunnar in Denmark
Glorious.
A piece of garbage with a sh*ty engine ! Throw it in recycling !
That plane sure is a beauty!😀
weren't you concerned that the excess fuel in the cylinder might damaged The engine
Unspeakably cool. Goosebumps
Works good, lasts a long time, don't mess with it.😊
The starter sounds like a baby.
