for his grounded elbows, you should've included the clip where he crucifixed vladimir the janitor, and just elbowed him repeatedly for the finish

Jon Jones 5 greatest technics are 1,eye pokes 2,groin shots, 3, pile drives, 4,12-6 elbows, 5, rabbit elbows. 6. Bonus points for his knees to grounded opponents. His front push kick to the knee is brutal and borderline dirty career ending. It’s a terrible shame is he is good enough not to fight dirty but he’s the dirtiest fighter and the ufc bends over backwards to protect and defend him like he’s got the cure for cancer. Bottom line he will never be truly great because he’s a disgrace in and out of the ring. He can’t hold a candle up to the likes of Khabib or Fedor.

All these Jon Jones breakdowns are a fake deep analysis of the sport. It's a guy not playing by the rules beating guys who are playing by the rules, then people just say everyone is on steroids as if that's the only way Jon cheats, the dude can't seem to beat 3 guys in a row without landing an illegal strike or poke someone's eyes. Machida would've beat this dude if he didn't eye poke, then he wouldn't get favorable judging that comes with being one of UFC's only undefeated fighters so suddenly he'd lose to Gustafson and Rayes and maybe even Santos, plus a DQ loss to Lion Heart. Do you see how reffing could easily have a domino effect on one's career positively or negatively? Not to mention all these dudes he needs to cheat against to win are lightheavyweights which is the second worst male division in the UFC arguably. Take steroids out of the conversation he still isn't the GOAT. It's a question of GSP, Anderson Silva, DJ, or Cejudo.

it's a jumping push kick to the knee, he uses this against people who are backing up to keep them against the cage, you will see alot of these when he's on the offensive since it could be a front kick or a Swan kick
