What's this double leg variant he keep taking bispibg down?

I always re watch to try and understand every little detail of his takedown style. Taking down Hendricks and koschek when you never wrestled in highschool or college ... insane

Agreed - seems to be all about 1) distractions 2) sudden level change 3) powering forward through the opponent’s hips (obviously with a single or double leg)…

I dont understand why there isn't any wrestling culture in Canadian schools. It's dirt cheap, it's indoors, and it's great fitness.

@@dislikebutton4981 too much efforts for the average person, wrestling is all about grinding and making it hard for everybody. I love it but it’s not something for everybody, especially people with ego and insecurities

he isnt a wrestler he isnt is a boxer he isnt a jiu jitsu specalist he is an all rounder thats what make him dangerous

The dangerous thing about gsp is that his feint, as his opponent won't know which one is coming, it could be a low kick, a jab, a superman jab or double leg takedown

He is freak of athlete. Too powerful for welter weight.

Eh what makes Khabib special is his chain wrestling, his strategy, and his ability to stick to his tried and true game plan. But not necessarily his technique. It’s not always pretty, and it doesn’t need to be

I am ir for some alien take downs

For me looks way more beautiful the takedowns of GSP. Khabib use a lot the cage and that works but it's not so pretty

You're right, Gsp is taking down opponents easily without using the cage..

winston joseph you do realize that for most of the time mma has been a thing using the cage was considered an advantage for the guy defending the takedown right? What khabib is doing is no easy feat

@@Fiteclipz It works both ways.Clinch against cage allowed Khabib to change positions and adjust grips as the opponents would not be moving backwards. He wasn't as good at shooting legs as much he was at clinch . That is why preferred moving forward and pressing his opponents against cage.

Khabib is much more effective once the opponent has been taken down

He uses his toes like a springboard lol
