Forgive me for being a bit confused and slightly annoyed? We are being told that a fully grown Man (Guy in Hat with beard ) Quit his highly paid job at a Nuclear Facility because he felt he was in a dangerous situation or under appreciated or maybe thought he had better knowledge than the scientists and physicists ?Now the viewing public are being harassed to Donate Money or time to an arrogant person who has basically decided to go Hobo !Begging for money from random people.The dude in question clearly didn't partake in any sort of arduous manual labour or faced the horrific dangerous job he whines about! Most likely "Arse on Chair"Looking at a Screen"Dude is Both Lazy and Quite Suitably Qualified for His current Job??
Wow, not sure where to begin with this one. Lets go through your uninformed BS of a comment shall we? Firstly, hi, im the guy with the beard and the hat. My names Shooey or PowerOnVR btw. Nope didnt quit my job, and no it wasnt in the nuclear industry. A dangerous, highly skilled industry for sure but not nuclear. Pretty sure ive never said anything like "i knew more than them" or that i felt under appreciated. Though with that in mind, arent most people in labour intensive jobs under appreciated? Are you being harrassed? Did we come to your podcast, show, channel or home to specifically word vomit nonesense at you? As far as the hobo side of things, im not. Content creation is a job, one that id wager alot of people aspire to. I will not tell people to donate to me, but if people wanna join my channel membership or superchat the streams what the hell has that got to do with you? I find it hilarious that someone thinks its a good idea to not only insult a friend of the creator for which your subscribed (?) but also show his complete lack of understanding for the situation in a public forum. As far as my qualifications, id happily wager my qualifications outway yours. As far as the arse on chair bit? Not whilst i was working there but you can bet its very comfortable in my office chair right now XD. Lastly id like to finish by saying the community myself, Mac in VR and IndieVR have built of the last few years is awesome, caring and cant wait to help one another when we are struggling. You are not welcome here, in the community or anywhere near us. Feel free to keep watching our content, commenting, disliking all of it as its only gonna give us more money. I cant wait to read your comment out on the next podcast btw, the other viewers love the drama :D

He probably weighs 300lbs and is sitting in the basement of his mom's house, spewing his vile shite because he has no friends, no understanding of people or their feelings. He grew up in an environment where there are no consequences to the things you say (or type) and he will probably be the end of the human race because of this. When I was in the Army, my senior commanding officer was a lovely Sikh gentleman and he told me this once and I have always tried to live by it "Do not look down on anybody unless you are helping them up off the ground" Except you.

Hey great video. I was wondering if you would know of an adaptor for the quest 3 for simultaneously using PCVR and charging. I cant seem to find a suitable adaptor that allows pcvr connection and a separate input for just a wall plugged charger. Battery packs are out of the question. it has to be plugged in to a pc and a wall charger. Would appreciate any help. THANKS!

2:55 Althrough I have pico 4 and I really like this headset, hand tracking is just shit ONLY because of the fact that _each_ time you're putting it on, you just can't use hand tracking until you're accept playspace mesage by controllers. Yes, you're understanding correctly, you can't interact pop-up windows with your hands! This anti-feature completely destroys hand-tracking into 0.

I got red eyes after every Race-Session on my 48" OLED TV. I dont get any eyestrain while driving in VR. But they hurt anyway, but i guess it has something to do with my motion sickness...i get headache, which puts pressure on my eyes...but it gets better every day.

hi Mr Mac thankyou for the review .... i am interested on VR and thinking of buying the Rokid VR set because i am android user ... but at the same time i am scared... thanking maybe that could damage my eyesight... even when work on PC monitors or watch TVs i actually reduce the backlight because i dont like very bright screens ... not sure if you could do the same with VR ?
Yes, there is the ability to turn down the brightness in all headsets, Pico and Quest definitely. I've been into VR for 8 years now and am very diligent with getting my eyes tested. My prescription has barely changed in that time 😉

Try taking region of auto and see what it says? I find slot of the time with auto puts me in America servers! Or your server. When for me in Australia I have to use adj servers

I have done a comparison between Pico 4 & Quest 3, they are a lot closer than you think. Especially when it comes to value 😉
@@MacInVR I didn't tryed Q3, but basing on from what I heard about Q3, pico 4 even wins Q3 in the value stat. The different thing is, some people are ready to give more money for slight improvements and some don't
