Should we get it cut prior to perm? Or after
After is best because you want as much length as you can, it helps with rolling the perm rods and if the ends get a little fuzzy you can trim those off after the perm
Great job love this
Thank you so much ❤️
Hi
I want timestamps!😭
Can’t do timestamps on a short unfortunately
@@TheAngeSchofield wait a minute… this comment wasn’t supposed to be on this video…. KZread glitched sorry!😭😭😭
How many days on my dirty blonde hair would I see a difference when I use sun in? Also I have the tropical breeze pink bottle and I don’t know if the lemon one is better than the pink tropical one
great job
Thank you so much
Love this video only problem half the stuff is out on Amazon , but it's there are others
O shoot! It’s so hard when that happens… hopefully you can find alternatives
I have SUPER coarse hair and need to take weight off 😮💨! Wish me luck lol
You got this! You might want to do something thinning with thinning shears too
For me the boys hair is usually faded so the hair closest to the fade is shorter so harder to use the bigger rod. I have had to drop down a size and just release it before doing the neutralizer so it relaxes a little bit. Loved the rest of the video!
Yes this is also a great way to do it with a true fade
OMG I have this exact same cowlick and I’m so glad I found your video. Just subscribed
Thanks for subscribing ❤️❤️ I’m so happy it can help you with your cowlick
Super great tip thanks for sharing
Of course!!! Happy 2nd Day hair styling 💕
THANK YOU , this video was so helpful !!
Love to hear that you found it helpful ☺️
Are you able to style like normal with the tinsel in your hair?
Yes but you want to be careful with heat on the tinsel. If you want it curled I would curl it like a ribbon with scissors
Thank you! This is perfect for my hair ❤😊
You’re welcome ☺️
I have virgin blonde hair that has darkened as I've aged (very similar to Taylor Swift's color). I've been trying to lighten it with just lemon juice and not really seeing a difference. You think Sun In would be ok then? Is Sun In better than Sun Bum/John Frieda/etc. or are they all similar enough it doesn't matter?
Yes sun in might be a great choice for you if the lemon juice isn’t working. Honestly they are all pretty similar
That makes sense. Thank you so much!
Happy to break it down for you! Thanks for watching
Thank you for sharing video 😉😊
Of course! I hope it’s helpful
I did a CELLOPHANE HAIR TREATMENT in a Salon in Dubai and after doing it my hair has been falling drastically!!! My hair has become so weak and fragile I can’t even touch my hair otherwise it will start falling!! This is what CELLOPHANE has done to my hair! 😢 Any advise please on how to stop the hair fall after this treatment?!?
I almost wonder if what you got was more of a smoothing treatment/keratin treatment. Cellophane shouldn’t create fallout due to its semi permanent process. It doesn’t adjust the inner hair structure, it’s more if a coating/top coat treatment. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful
I have the Beyond the Zone as well as the regular Big Sexy Hair. The BTZ feels much better in my hair and I don’t need to wash it the next day. The BSH works great for special occasions, I just don’t care for the feel it leaves in my hair. Great video👍🏼
That is so true! The BSH seems gritty compared to the BTZ. Thanks for watching
Thank you so much....This was exactly what I was wanting to see. Ty
No problem at all! Glad it was helpful
Would live to watch a video of you toning ❤
I have a toning video right here kzread.info/dash/bejne/q4Ct0KameqiwZ5s.htmlsi=ux8Z6-9jjmbFRj4s
So you think rolling the front forward would look better?
If you style your hair forward yes
I bought the rode my hair is not too long how to do it for man my hair dont go all the way around on the rode
Your hair needs to wrap around the rod at least 1 1/2 times so you will need to either grow out your hair first or buy smaller rods. Maybe Gray or white colored rods
Pls don't mind this comments from ignorant blacks. Curls have types so, they are not the only one who have them
Yes I agree 🥰
Thanks I am using this for a year Feel good But it’s expensive for this amount
Yes it is a little pricey but it does last a while ❤️
Do you ever make a diy salt spray?
I haven’t tried that before, is it something you have done before?
@@TheAngeSchofield not yet - but I am wondering whether to try!
Can you use it on already hairsprayed hair?? Thank you
Yes absolutely!!! You wouldn’t even have to use the salt spray
Thank you Angelina 🤗 ... Question : Could I use alittle of Olaplex Oil instead of Sea Salt Spray with the same steps??😃👍🏻♥️🙋♀️
Yes but typically you don’t want the oil on your scalp, so just wet your roots dry with the brush then using the Olaplex
@@TheAngeSchofield Thank you Angelina, G'nite an enjoy a wonderful weekend ✨️🙏🏼🫶🏼
Can a 12 year old get a perm?
Yes for sure. Sometimes with puberty perms on teens do take well but there shouldn’t be a problem with perming it
@@TheAngeSchofield thank u so much but now my problem is where i can get a perm some salons dont take people under 15 for safety purposes, but i will do a perm soon just need to fine a salon or a barbershop that will accept people of my age of 12😅😅
Looks too complicated lol
Once you get the hang of how to tie it’s pretty easy. I always like to slow down the video/pause it while I’m learning something new. But if it’s too complicated I’m sure someone local to you will install for a small fee
Can you please help to guide how to fix the peel off mask if it got dried up in the container itself. Really need help!
O shoot that’s no good. Sounds like maybe the lid wasn’t on well and it dried up. I would imagine you wouldn’t be able to use it now
Sally’s wouldn’t sell me the Zotos brand since I don’t have a cosmetology license. I got the One N Only brand. Hope it works just as well.
Dang, I thought they still sold to non hairstylist still but at a higher price. I’m sure it will be fine
Your video has the head shaved underneath. How many more rollers should I anticipate using with a full head of (fairly thick) hair?
Thank you
Thank you for watching 💕
Amazing and very informative video !! I would like to do a root smudge. I have golden blonde color in my hair My roots are grown in about 1 1/2 - 2 inch at the moment. I want to keep the golden blonde on my lengths. my roots grow in very dark brown (almost looks black) Which products would you recommend me to use on my roots?
So are you trying to lift your natural dark grow out and make is a little lighter to blend into the blonde? If so then you would be doing a break the base, similar to a root smudge in technique but different products
@@TheAngeSchofield Cool, im looking for it to be a low maintenance thing so I’m wondering which color and developer would you recommend for the roots and product brand also? How would I do a touch up once I’ve done it is it just the roots I’ll touch up? Sorry for all the questions. I appreciate you. Thanks
I have another question. If you have less thick hair would it be best to only do this on the top?
Yes for sure… keep away from the bottom 3 inches of hair and leave that down then just do more of the crown area
Yes for sure… keep away from the bottom 3 inches of hair and leave that down then just do more of the crown area
@@TheAngeSchofield thank you 🙏
You’re welcome
yeah you definitely don’t have naturally curly hair, it’s okay so have straight hair and want to curl your hair but coming from a girl with very coily hair here’s some tips: use in conditioner first and then a gel specifically for curly hair, then use an old tee shirt and flip for hair upside down and scrunch a little so your hair isn’t as wet, use you brush (sectioning you hair will make it easier to manage but not necessary) and then use a diffuser and blow dry your hair… once it’s dry all the way use some hair oil and scrunch your hair with you hands and use your fingers to brush out your hair and position it how you’d like
Thanks for the tips
Ughh I hate blacks saying white doesn't have curly hair because she is not looking like a freaking sheep after storm. CURL HAVE TYPES. NOT ONLY 4A AND MORE ARE CURLS
I have i have medium thickness hair so not very thick. Will this give me more thickness and volume?
It won’t make it thicker but it will give you more volume since it won’t be weighed down as much
@@TheAngeSchofield thank you: it will resolve the flat hair issue
hi! so i have a cowlick in the front of my head and i have a natural side part and im unable to change my part but i really wanna part my hair in the middle but because of this cowlick i cant!😭😭 do u mind posting a video on how to fix that?
I understand that. Cowlicks in the front are definitely hard to deal with, I typically tell people to part their hair down the middle when it’s wet and then start drying the side with the cowlick first and use a comb to hold it down while drying
@@TheAngeSchofield okay tysm!!!💕
hi! planning to buy the cranberry red from sebastian will it work on my natural black hair??
You may just see a tint or glaze of red in the sun. Unfortunately these will not lift black hair
gotcha,ill fix mines that way
Does it reappear after a while? Because i usually just use a hairclip bc im sooo done with it😂
If you sweat or it gets damp it can definitely reappear, it won’t completely get rid of it.
What is the brand and what color are those and how much do they cost
It’s called overtone and there is a ton of different color options. The color I used is rose gold for brown hair, depending on where you are purchasing it the cost can differ. I found it on Amazon currently for $16.20 amzn.to/3z8nk8T
The products are still great! I have been using cellophanes from Sebastian for about 20 years. I did notice the new formula is less messy and stays longer on the hair after the wash.
Yes they are! So happy to add them back to my service list ❤️
@@TheAngeSchofieldweird question but can we add hair colour tint to the clear cellophane to make it give a subtle colour tint compared to actual change in hair colour?
I don't knownwhy but I've always had a hard time working the soap into my scalp. I was worrying "what am I doing wrong?" So it's nice to see I was doing it right so I should try a new shampoo bar
Thank you so much I’m going to give it a try
You’re welcome 🥰
Did you shampoo? I have been a stylist for years. Not liking the idea of no shampoo?? Ty
Yes I shampooed the root smudge ❤️
Thank you. Did I hear you say I didn’t have to use a dryer if I do t have one?
Correct you can just do a shower cap and sit out in the sun 🥰
Thank you. I needed this video for an active kid's haircut. 👍
So glad you found it! Happy bang cutting 🥰
Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽 ma'am
Of course! Thanks for watching
"Only Mommy cuts my hair." That's right babe!!
