Hi! Great video. What do you think about the studies that say washing your hair is actually good for the scalp because it gets rid of dirt and toxins that clog the follicle, which in turn inhibits growth? There are also studies that indicate excessive use of dry shampoo is associated with restricting hair growth and creating buildup - especially when left on the hair and scalp for days at a time without washing.

Thank you so much! I definitely think dirt, dry shampoo, hair products, and sweat can definitely clog pores and cause issues with hair growth or even cause hair to prematurely fall out! I will say that’s why I think brushing your scalp is important when you are using dry shampoo or if you have dirty hair.
Thanks for these great tips! I have dry hair and will try spritzing with water and adding the leave-in conditioner - as well as the tip for brushing the scalp after sweating. Angelina, I've been meaning to ask - when I use a heat protection spray before heat styling, am I supposed to let it dry before applying heat?

I swear . I did a whole damn treatment on my hair ( I’m licensed ) but I went under this Fourth of July . At the gross pool . Ewwwwwwwwwwww. The it’s a 10 H20 spray is ok. It’s white and writing with light pearly blue I think 🤷
