    Fingers crossed here..2nd hip replaced 10yrs ago,had PRP therapy 5yrs ago w/bone marrow & it did well for pain on outside of knee(brace 6mo) Missed a bottom step 3yrs ago &landed on left side,shook me up goid but thought i was fine.6mo later i start getting shooting pains up my thigh if I sat on a step for example,electrical debilitating &Id have to move my leg manually to lift then couldn't STAND on it til i kinda shook it out..that was 3-5x a day now its almost all the time.Hip xrays look fine,knee arthritic on outside..surgeon says replacement wont help shooting pain up to hip..had a surgical psoas release on left hip Nov'23 & didnt help thigh pain ..NOT ONE SPECIALIST HAS SUGGESTED QUAD/PATELLA TENDINOPATHY..Im hoping your approach works,but is the arthritis going to be the deciding factor? Years of frustration,pain & different exercises havent helped

    Feb 2023, Meniscus tear, date ( Old Fart who tripped me at casino ) tells me he will take me to hospital... he took me home and my knee bent backwards with a VERY LOUD POP SOUND and I was laying on bathroom floor for 3 days as housemate was sleeping and watching television. It took me 11 hours to crawl to my bedroom. 😢 I was NEVER TAKEN to hospital. Date (old fat man ) AGAIN tells me he will come to get me to take me to the hospital... he only took me to his tiny house to get "services" from me without payment and never took me to hospital. I WAS IN THE MOST EXCRUISCIATING PAIN OF MY 59 YEARS ON THE PLANET and I had SEVERAL NEAR FATAL BEATINGS where I was in a coma 4 times. I have been shot in the face, attacked by a dog 18 months ago and ENTIRE FACE CHEWED OFF at the Smiths grocery store after checking out and so when I say to someone that I need to be taken to the hospital, it does NOT MEAN I WANT TO SIT at the gambling tables in Mesquite for another 12 hours watching you lose your money! Both narcissistic SELFISH SELF CENTERED ABUSIVE PIGS cause damage to my body and NEVER TO THIS DAY A SINGLE APOLOGY. So since August housemate throws ball and dog knocks me off my feet and housemate does it DAILY SO HE CAN "LAUGH HIS ASS OFF WATCHING ME LAND ON MY JAW" and I still am unable to chew nor open my mouth to speak nor eat more than liquid. I currently have EVERY SINGLE, KNEE ISSUE INCLUDING the Bakers Cyst due to so many intentional injuries caused by men who want to possess me and keep me prisoner. Just imagine, from the age of 23 through the age of 57, I worked out 10 hours every week, rode my bike 500 miles EVERY MONTH and walked 2.5 hours EVERY SINGLE NIGHT ( even after a date ) to ensure that I would NEVER HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES. Only ate dinner since the age of 30, no soda, junk food, ciggs, marawana, drugs etc. JUST SO I COULD ENJOY a physically healthy life and be in the Guinness Book of World records as being the most fit gymnast at the age of 90. Now, I cannot even get one hour of sleep due to the agonizing pain. 😢

    Thank you so much for this. When I wake up I always have to stretch out my collarbone for many years and it would click. So 3 days ago slowly slowly and very suddenly it feels like my solar bone is stuck to a muscle (that's what it feels like) I feel like detaching it. When I lean forward to grab something that's when the pain comes on suddenly and them my arm freezes it's like it gets stuck somewhere and there is pain when that happens. However it's completely fine otherwise I can move it around very well. But I am scared that it may be dislocating. 😢

    This is an amazing video. The first part directly pointed to what I've been feeling! Do you have more videos for long term tips for this or strengthening it to prevent this. When i lay down at night on my left side or on my back, i start to really feel this pain after about 10 minutes. It's really honeying my sleep. I can only sleep on my right side recently. My doctor says it seems to be musculoskeletal, so I definitely think it's my QL.

    Most people can do anything. If you've got a very painful hip and back, you may have more inflammation or degeneration than normal, so just go easy the first time and see how your body responds

    Hello doc, plss i beg don't ignore this msg.. I'm in great depression due to my neck condition it has been started from lockdown and now it's been 4 years.. I got a pinched nerve in neck initially the pain and everything was in neck but now there's only burning sensation in neck but every tingling, numbness and weakness in my hand even to my small finger.. I'm only 18 year old and took an x ray scan and the doc told there's no problem but i didnt take mri.. My vit D, B levels are also good.. I'm hopeless sir could u pls tell me how to get rid of it.. I have seen your videos about pinched nerve stretches but when i do it i get a shooting pain throughout the hand and the source region(neck)when i stretch my hands so should i continue doing it although i feel pain anyway i feel relieved after doing those stretches so it's better to continue right??.. Lockdown days i used to watch phone in a bad posture that caused me this chronic condition.. And it's not going away.. I get intermittent weakness tingling every day especially when i hold even small objects like phone.. I sleep on my stomach but wake up with no problem but when i sleep on side i woke up with numb hands same in back sleeping as i unconsciously shift my position and put hand in a stressed position.. Is stomach sleeping so bad although it isn't causing me any problem in the morning.. My neck is kinda stretched when i stomach sleep but have no pain in morning.. When this condition started my neck makes cracking sounds while stretching it was unusual for me before.. I am doing pushups to strengthen the area.. Anyother exercise or videos or anything to suggest doc(I am correcting my posture) I'm desperate this is affecting my daily life😭.. Is this permanent and is surgery the only resort? Because internet says like that as my condition is for 4years. Pls help

    Your channel is absolut gold. Thank you so much for the clear instructions and explanations. My collar bone even cracked and feels lighter now! Do you know if it's possible to get pain and inflammation in the armpits due to the issues explained in the video as well?

  • @BodyFixExercises
    @BodyFixExercises2 күн бұрын

    I wouldn't expect pain in the armpits from collar bone issues. Thoracic outlet syndrome could cause pain there (I have a video on that). But if you think they're actually inflamed check with your doctor because there is a lot of important lymph nodes in that area

  • @shronk5157
    @shronk51572 күн бұрын

    Okay, thank you for the reply! I already went to the doctor and there was no obvious cause found but the lymph nodes are in fact quite prominent. That's why I was wondering if it could come from muscle pain or something like that. Take care !

    Im76. As the years go by I’ve gotten shorten & it’s really hard to stand straight. My issues started at a very young age - less than a year old. My baby buggy fell down a steep flight of stairs. Feet turned under & start of back problems. Over the years I’ve had several other back injuries. Was 5.5 & now am 4.11. Chiro has helped some - therapy not much - & I refuse to let rods be put on my spine. Utube has recently had quite a few videos for scoliosis but yours seems to be one of the better ones and I’m going to be using 3 of the stretches . Thank you for posting them. One is similar to one of the therapy exercises I do but a more advanced way of doing it. Old bones need a lot of care.

  • @BodyFixExercises
    @BodyFixExercises3 күн бұрын

    Yes in fact it's very good for posture too. But the only problem is that if you turn onto your side and you don't have a pillow, you won't be supported correctly. So I only recommend lying on your back with no pillow if you never turn onto your side
