    My trainer does some TRX with me. I really enjoy it. This video is not to hard for me and my arthritis at age 73. Can't wait to get to the gym and do it.

    I have to use mine indoors against a door or outside hooked to a tree so there are moves I can't do the way I want to. But this I could do!
