    Shame about the vines but there’s no stopping the skinny bull. Those orange bricks look like they have all the strength of a Cadburys Flake. Good idea to knock that wall before someone leant against it and ended 4 foot below. Keep the vids coming 🇦🇺🫶🏻🇬🇧

    It seems that most English speakers don't realize that they speak with a particular dialect and also insert a lot of slang into their speech. When trying to communicate with someone who knows English as a second language, as they usually learn a standard dialect, one has to be aware of the words they are using. Best to keep it simple and standard... (I know, I had a lot of practice while growing up in India)

    A lot of cheap materials ! Like for the roof, really? It will be the only plastic roof in town ! And the stairs in briques among the stone ? Also , not much consideration for the Portugal spirit ! Well , for making profit isn’t ? Sad to me😢

  • @The-Quinta
    @The-QuintaКүн бұрын

    The roof is metal with insulation. 75 year guarantee. Wasn’t cheap and will out last any tiled roof. So I’d say money well spent. Don’t be sad! You didn’t contribute towards buying or renovating it and you don’t own it. It’s just a video on KZread🙄 But thanks for watching 😉😊👍🏻

    Funny Skinny found those blades inside the bricks. I watched an Asian guy rebuild his ancient house and when he was done with razor blades he’d put them between bricks or in between stone cracks. Didn’t say why. I guess it’s safer to dispose for them that way but boy if someone else gets cut with a rusty one, oops 😬 well, to each his own 😂😎🤦‍♀️

    Skinny, the Portugese Tornado. On the Fujita scale he's rated as an F5, leveling structures to their foundation with his sheer strength. 🤣!!! He never dreamed he'd become a world renowned KZread star 😄. If you see strange people lurking about they're probably Hollywood talent scouts. Just tell them we need him on board til this project is done. Wouldn't be the same without him 😁. Cristina, how are the doors coming along? Can't wait to see them in all their renewed glory. Have a great week!! 🥰🌿♥️

    Hi James and Christina, such a lovely red rose bush! I keep wanting to cut a few blooms. How smart the walls look now. Beastly brambles, wonder how deep the roots are. Also wonder what variety the vine is...such a pity about the trees. Skinny is a brilliant, hard construction worker. Good team! 🥀🌹

    Love looking at the progress of the build! I have a thought- why not put the pergola where Skinny is placing the cement on the old stone walls? You could add more cement to the bottom so it is the same level as the walkway, and then keep the walkway (where the old pergola was that you took down) open for movement? Just an idea. Have fun you two!
