For me - after 30, sleep is just different. I used to pass out anywhere as soon as my head hit the pillow. Now things have to be just right, my hormones and time of the month play a factor, caffeine, sugar, etc. etc. 🥴

I always take a sound machine when I travel. They have great travel ones. Total game changer for sleeping in hotels. Drowns out all hallway noise and I sleep great. Try it out!

Some free advice from a former insomniac. You might want to try ditching the caffeine. I found that it affects my sleep even if I have it only in the morning. So, now the only caffeine I get is in a decaf coffee or green tea, and that has to be before 11 AM.

The Red Bull solves the problem when you only slept for three hours?! Not for me. The Red Bull can help me if I've had five and a half hours of sleep. Then the red bull brings me to 7 hours of sleep.

Look at the type and brand of magnesium. Stuff from drug store has junk in it. Get magnesium breakthrough or Avalon x (mag 8). And also and L-threonate. Expose your eyes to sunlight as early as possible, and throughout the day. Keep emf producing electronics away from you while sleeping.

Can you bring a mini fan with you? I find if I keep my fan wherever I sleep I have no issues. The constant sound helps drown everything else out and as soon as I put it on my body knows it’s time to sleep

I eliminate all sources of sugar and caffeine which also affect sleep. Then I take Magnesium and Melatonin for sleep. If desperate, I take 25mg of Benadryl. Keep the room cool.
