What was the event, circumstance, and/or moment that convinced you that you needed to start over? Your story, experience will help so many women who may be in the same circumstance. They will know to decide to choose themselves and move forward independently. We love ya Carrie 💗

Girl, I'm 31 and more than likely about to start over myself. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and when the right thing comes around, it'll stay around. So it's completely okay to allow yourself to start over and shed the old you for bigger and better things. Another thing that makes me laugh a little, is that starting over at our ages is so much better than if it were in our early 20's. At this point in our lives, we have established careers and we make good money. We are independent and don't NEED a man, as we can take care of ourselves. We can do whatever we want, whenever we want. It's a weird place to be in, but it's an exciting place to be in. So take these next few months to tend to your own garden. Do things that make you happy, grow as a person and make your flowers bloom even better than they were before! Take this time to learn more about yourself and do more things for yourself than you've ever done before. This is your era, this is your time, make that garden as beautiful as you know it can be! :)

As someone who is a bit older than you both, who has been a long time advocate for women having agency to do what's best for their lives, this makes me so happy. This is the strength, resilience and financial independence that I hope for every woman. And through content creators like Carrie, we can support each other as we make our best lives with people in our personal lives who respect us. 💗

I completely started my life over at 34. New career, new relationship, new side of the country. It can be uncomfortable, but it was the best decision of my life. Cheers to your new adventures!

You are a Strong/Smart/Beautiful woman! I am 52 yo and after, I decided to do what is best for me and end my marriage after 22 year’s…I am also, starting over again in life. One of the best parts of FA ✈️ life is how our FA family comes through for each other when our lives gets turned upside/down. I have reinvented my career/life for the better 3 times going on 4 and I look at it as new chapters in my story chapter of life. Starting over/new journey in life is not always a bad thing. You got this!!! 🙌👍🙌✈️

Your life is not on some artificial timeline. Everything happens in its own perfect timing. Don't feel like you're ahead or behind. You're right where you're supposed to be. Enjoy the new moments and memories. Enjoy the new places and spaces. Enjoy all the friends and family and good people who are meant to be in your life. I'm, a firm believer that everything will work out and be okay in the end. I had a similar moving situation earlier this year. Moved with two cats to Asheville from Florida. I had to leave one place because it was owned by a slumlord who somehow couldn't keep homeless people from sleeping in the building's basement and then it was a mess trying to move out. So many angry calls and tears to get things figured out. UGH! Renting now is a freaking nightmare!

Oh my Goddess! You left us hanging. I'm an ORD based FA and started watching you during the pandemic. Just started working for the same company in April. I can tell how much you love your Calico Rocky. I had the same cat carrier in blue and before I went to training, I traveled coast to coast with my precious calico kitty. I fostered her in March 2020 and adopted her " August 2020 and we had great adventures traveling coast to coast. I found it maddening to book "pet " friendly hotels to arrive and discover they would NOT accept cats! Sadly, she left last month after 21+ years and a multitude of health issues. Who takes care of Rocky when you're on trips? I may be coming to MIA eventually and boost your seniority. I'm looking forward to your next chapter. Your apartment reminds me of one I had in Alexandria, VA.

Girl, I started completely over at 31 years old. It was hard, I can’t lie to you. But when it started getting easier I never felt more alive in my life. Age is just a number, you’re still very young and have so much time (but I absolutely know how it doesn’t feel that way). You will look back on your life when you’re older and realize how brave and awesome the decisions you made when you were young were. Stuff like that hurts, but not forever, and you seem to be doing pretty well and you’re very level headed. Only up from here ❤

I always wondered how in the world u can afford such luxury on a FA salary. I was a FA for 20 years and was lucky to afford a Honda and crappy apt. I had to get a 2nd job as a bartender.

I’m so glad your back!!! I loved watching your videos!! And all of a sudden I had seen you stopped posting and I was sad. Looking to become a flight attendant but my height may not allow me to be one 😢

I switched to decaf and had a huge improvement in anxiety and panic attacks that were unexplained. I do enjoy cold brew, which has a lot of caffeine and i have one occasionally with a meal to help offset the effects.

In future if you need a cashiers check or money order, you can get them done at the post office for a small fee. We used to pay our rent via cashiers check only because our apartment office kept double charging our automatic payment method.

I can totally relate & understand! I had to start all over and leave Dallas in January (after living on my own for 3 years!) and temp moved back home to my family in WA State and then moved in with roomies in Orlando after getting based here a couple mos ago.I haven't had roommates since 2009! So I get the struggle....But... It will get better for us! I at 36 never thought I would be where I am at but I am grateful for the experiences and people that have surrounded my life. Sometimes it takes starting over to see what you need and what you can do without. X Happy for you and so glad to see you're back and doing so much better. We did miss you!
