I’m 6ft 2 (1.88m), do you think I can have someone sitting behind me?
I’m 6’3 and I was able to fit in the front and back with my seat settings
Man I still love my 2019 SE. Idk if I can get behind all the hybrid engines. Love my ICE. Maybe Im alone on this
I like the style and updates but I like the choices from the last generation
The n line rims are so ugly, I went with the SEL convenience package and love it!
Congrats 🎉
The Sedan IS a significant amount of legroom over the hatch. Hatch is 29 inches and 5 inches more legroom of the Sedan makes a huge difference so you don't have to figure out who is sitting behind who!
That is a good point 👍
Just bought a 2024 palisade SEL version and we love it. Wish we could afford the calligraphy
Congrats they are nice vehicles
Looking to get a Chevy trax 2RS once I save up 27,000 dollars, it’s a nice vehicle and pretty affordable I don’t like the engine but I need a good brand new vehicle ……….I’ll have one soon though?
They are nice vehicles but keep in mind long term ownership and services. I would invest that kind of money first and get something used as it’s never a good idea to put all your money in a car 👍
Another u tuber was always spouting off how good his Santa Cruz was till the clutch went out at around 30k. It seems to happen to the turbo models.
Hyundai has a great warranty 👍
Great video! I am a BMW enthusiast and I am very disappointed in the design of some of the newer BMW’s. The front looks fine, but rear looks like a Camry. The inside looks cheap. It doesn’t look like a BMW. They are taking away the sporty look. The G30 5 series looks way better than this.
I was really happy to get my hands on this but the luxury is starting to push more in higher price BMW. The performance is great but the dynamics changed to a little more of a boat than a typical near 50/50 weight distribution. It’s still good but it can feel like it’s lifting instead of staying planted which is my favorite part about BMW. Taking corners and being able to accelerate out of them.
Looking at reviews on this vehicle in the market for one. Your review is hands down the best in showing in detail the additional features. Thanks
Your welcome 👍
50 mpg in a full size sedan that does not share the aerodynamics of the Prius sold me. We are picking up the LE in Silver next week. The LE has everything you need including blind spot monitoring (optional on LE) and backup warning. Those two features are a must.
Congrats they are nice 👍
my 2021 S60 has CarPlay, so don't know what you mean about it being new
Volvo didn’t have it when they changed the technology to the new Google system it can a little while later 👍
Excellent video. I just got one of those. I only have one question. You didn't say what kind of gas is required for the Vehicle. Please answer. And I will like And subscribe.
It’s Is recommended 91 (premium fuel) 👍
Thanks Bro
Are hybrids good for commuting 120 miles 3 days a week? I want a Camry but concerned about Hybrid for commuting on Interstate
They get great mpg so I will get a lot of saving.
Nice informative review, But for 40 grand. No foglights, sparetire and still uses standard turn bulbs?
I know what you mean
Just got mine yesterday from Lexus of Wesley Chapel!! I love it 🎉
Congrats they are nice vehicles
Where are we suppose to put our drinks? I don't see a compartment.
Cup holders in the center between the driver and passenger also the door has a holder 👍
My favorite car ive owned of all time. I have a 21 xle but after 2 years of owning it in 23 it started riding really rough. Doesnt handle bumps well and loses stability at highway speeds. Anyone else has problems like this?
This can be a lot of different things I would take it to the dealership and drive it with the technician to show the problem
It’s crazy to think that all Toyota low cars are all CVT-only except for the GR Corolla and 86.
It’s a ecvt which is different from a cvt but service is still required about 10k quicker than a traditional transmission like a 6 or 8 speed with gears. The ecvt is better than a cvt as the cvt uses a pulley system with cones connected by belts to change gear ratio. Which requires service around 20-30k. The ecvt is different as it uses a planetary gears instead of a drive belt and conical pulley arrangement and uses different input to get the most efficient gear ratio. But if they go bad, it’s expensive to fix as they sell you a new one or refurbished one. With a normal transmission you can fix the gears or internal problems (rebuild) so it cost less and is known to get a longer life. The ecvt is a lot better than a cvt but not as strong as a zf transmission which is know for 250k plus miles and service every 50/60k miles.
In a car this size, I cannot believe that the trunk is only 14.3 cubic feet. My Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is 12 cubic feet and my old Hyundai Accent was 14 cubic feet 🥴 14 for a Maxima just feels so off
I have to agree with you on that when I open the truck I think the same 👍
Great review Anthony. I do like the refresh of this truck and the interior is so nice. That front air dam would have to go for sure. I remember back in the 80s hearing about turbos failing but it seems like with the new technology that they are lasting so much longer. Of course they'll never beat the reliability of the previous generation engines. Happy Monday to you and hope that you are doing great!
I agree they are a lot better than before and the Tacoma looks a lot better plus drives smoother. The front though needs some work. Another great start to the week almost finished all my online work for the channel and getting ready for Toyota, Hyundai and BMW. Thanks James Happy Monday
@@HawkeyeRides Oh nice. Sounds l ike you've been busy Anthony! Do you ever watch the Mecum auctions? I was watching this weekend and they had some truly amazing cars. Have a good one Anthony
@@jameswalsh6131 yeah I haven’t recently but they normally have really cool vehicles
I have no idea how you managed to climb in without your knee going directly into the steering wheel. At its highest setting I still have to contort my leg to get it under the steering wheel while climbing in
I always lower the seat and put it back more if that helps
Honda needs to do something fast about the front bumper and grill
Changes would make it a lot more sporty
The new Camry nailed it way better than the accord
They are a lot better inside and Toyota always does a great job with MPG’s
Awesome beautiful cuv for what it is a awd civic, not what some reviewers expect it to be.
I like them, its a great option over the civic
I wanted the Prius as my next car but didn’t enjoy the visibility and tight headroom in the backseat when I test drove it. I’m glad I waited for the new Camry as it’s roomier and I just need the LE so I’ll get close to the Prius’ mileage.
The Camry is nice
Anthony muh bro you look mint in that Cameee!
Thank you Jeffrey 👍
Is 360’ view can be add on? Or it doesn’t?
No and if you did aftermarket you would have to add cameras
Can’t believe I’m saying this but.. the LE w the convenience package and sunroof is perfect for me. No need for the higher trims unless you need things like the upgraded lighting
That is a good point
Just found your channel and digging all the content!
Thank you I appreciate that 👍
Which ever one that has leather interior and better mog
Near of these have leather but the MPG’s are better on the le
طرب اصيل ❤
👍
Only way Jeep could’ve made the Mojave better would be to allow the rear locker to be engaged in 2WD.
Thanks for your input 👍
Why not option or standard all 4 door touch sensors on the door handles to unlock?
Update technology for us 😁
Good summary. I drove a 2025 Camry and liked it. I like the new Prius more.
The new Prius is a nice vehicle
What do you like about the new Prius more?
@@lixiaochen6 The driving position and the handling mainly. It’s perfect for me. I fell in love.
@@stevefraser1409 does the 2025 Camry have that weird spongy hybrid braking feel or does it brake normal?
@@sachinnair91I found the braking normal. I haven’t driven a prior gen Camry but the 2025 Camry wasn’t as exceptional as I expected. My dealer tells me the Prius is on nationwide stop sale for a recall so I have to wait to buy one.
too much talk about more speed,it seems plenty fast enough for a sedan...a couple speeding tickets...a big bump in insurance costs....and the extra speed will lose it's allure....not to mention the EXTRA cost for purchasing the car, which NEVER seems to be a factor in these reviews
I don’t really talk that much about speed at all I explained that we lose a v6 and more powerful option. Then I talk about competition and say so pros and cons with my problem. Did you mean to comment on someone else’s review?
No need to be rude go do your own review if you have issues with this one.....some people complain just to hear themselves it seems
Good enough power and speed. Why some guys always talk about Turbos or V6 or TRD etc… Toyota dropped V6 because people were not buying. Someone who can not afford a new car always complain “ there’s no V6, no turbo “ blah blah.
I can never understand why people would choose to have a larger wheel for more money while missing out on the softer ride and better mpg.
It’s all about looks 😁👍
My hybrid saves me alot of money
I'm sure it does but if you keep it long term and problems come like replacing the hybrid battery all the money saved is gone in for another battery. The best thing to do is keep it for a few years and buy another so you always win with the hybrid. I like to keep my vehicles 9-10 years but even with our new suv I don't know if I will this time around.
@@HawkeyeRides failure rate for hybrid from toyota is low, but they do happen. After the 10 year warranty , there is risk, but my prius cost $800 to $1200 dollars a year to fill compared to by SUV. So you saving several thousand a year, and in Canada we have high gas prices. With every hybrid there is risk, but i think the saving will help buy a new hybrid, but your right, after awhile if you can, best to trade up. But with inflation, more and more people will ride out their cars much longer.
Just be patient. It's just a matter of time and the Hybrid Max option will be offered for those with a need for speed and who don't mind losing mpg's for it. Probably a 15-20 mpg loss and a 100+ hp bump. I expect a GR version will eventually make it into the lineup.
Maybe but this time I'm not holding my breath as Toyota has said they will bring a more performance GR86 and still nothing but some exterior styling for two years now. I don't see it happening as it will hurt the sells of the Crown.
@@HawkeyeRides Well, except that the Crown is far more expensive and would still be even when comparing a Crown Hybrid Max model for model against a Camry Hybrid Max. Especially if Toyota came out with another entry level TRD version in the SE trim again. I just hope if they do they make the TRD package available in the XSE also. If they're smart they will. And then there's just the fact that the Crown hasn't been a best seller due to it being a "crossover" of sorts that many haven't been able to wrap their heads around. And I think the Camry looks a lot better too. But that's just personal opinion.
They could make a Camry Prime with the powertrain of the RAV-4 Prime as a replacement for the V6.
Yes but nothing is confirmed for this year maybe in the future
I wish that too, but then I would estimate the price would be about $45k+ for it. At that point, I’d get a Lexus.
Thanks for your answer. I heard honda civic hybrid 2025 coming out. With a very good MPG. What do you know about it ?
I’m excited to see how it is in person as the Accord came out nice but Toyota has more soft materials. I’m hoping Honda makes some adjustments inside.
Later if I am driving myself to school using a 2025 Camry, which trim should I choose?
The SE or XSE looks the most sporty which is the way my family and I normally go.
@@HawkeyeRides But, if I am the only one on the car, I should pick the LE trim?
@bensonwu1238 the le is nice too go for it
You are right, i was very dissapointed with Toyota using now a ecvt instead of automatic transmission in the Camry, I am not saying it is bad, but if you know about transmission then u know the big difference.
I’m going to wait and hopefully we will get a traditional transmission
Just bought a 2025 Camry SE last week all black with moonroof and upgraded 12.3 multimedia screen and convenience package, the car is fully loaded and I only paid the base price $30,538 . Did not pay for the upgrades or did not pay any dealer aftermarket fees so far I am loving this car.
Congrats and thanks for sharing
Which dealership? You stole that vehicle. Congratulations!
@@newbaysie thank you. central Florida Toyota gave me a really good deal I really did not wanna walk away from that offer.
how did you get that deal?!!!? looking to get one as well
@@cexars I really just negotiated the worst these people can say is no so it's always worth a try, Good luck on the purchase I hope you score a good deal, keep us updated.
Looking to buy a Pro-4X XD in August, whatcha got
I don’t have anything 🤣 I only review but the dealership info is on the video and description 👍
@@HawkeyeRides oh my bad lol
Who want hybrid take gas anytime
Hybrid is the future unfortunately most car manufacturers are gonna transition to hybrid vehicles
It’s the hot vehicles right now 👍
I have a 2012 se. my biggest complaint is cabin noise when traveling on highway . hope these are not like that
It’s better but not like a Lexus
Give me LE w more MPG. Looks good enough to me
The more mpgs the better
You might get 100k on the odometer before major service is required on those turbos. I guess nowadays everything is disposable and most owners will sell it way before then anyway.
That is a good point, it’s more for the second or third owner 😁👍
Honda 2024 CRV Hybrid has much more cargo capacity & similar horsepower. Doors open to 9O degrees, which is more family friendly overall. When reviewing leg & headroom, it helps to know the actual height of the reviewer.
This is a lot luxurious and the seats are more comfortable 👍
@@HawkeyeRides So is a used Lexus. But some of us need more utility than luxury.
I love mines with 5 % tint all around
They are nice congratulations
