I am only 10 years old I've been doing dance and I not the most flexible 😢 I started doing this stretching routine every day, I was one of the one on my dance team that couldn't do the middle splits. 😟 I also couldn't do the side splits either I finally got them both. 😆 But I still have to stretch first. But cause I still stretched every day I finally got them with out stretching. 😊 Thank you Anna for helping me get my splits.❤❤❤

Day 1: legs hurt and could hardly do the splits Day 2:legs hurt and i got pretty close to splits
12:06 I'm so glad I did this touch toes stretch cuz in my latest PE they tested our flexibility and they test if u can touch ur toes and I got more farther than that!! Thank you so much Anna!
No I cannot but all I can do is just a cartwheel and a handstand and also a bridge I'm only 7 years old

I have done this routine for 2 weeks now and i am soo flexible i want to get my split so i will do this with the front split routine she has!

My competition team tryouts for dance are in a week, I'm gonna start doing this! Ill.do daily updates!!! I'm pretty flexible but not splits flexible so yeah!!
Yayyyy im on day 14 of doing this routine and i love seeing daily updates
day 1!! I'm about 4 pillows to the floor on my left and 3 on my right! There's a playlist on my channel of my stretches to try them!!

I tried this for 2 days and I got it really really nice
I am going to be tracking my progress here for how many days I can do this stretch and what I can achieve. Day 1 ✔ Got my left and right splits to the ground and my middle split is so close!

I can not do handstand
I’ve been trying to get my splits for so long but I always stay a couple inches off the ground but after doing this stretch I got my splits! Thank you Anna!
