Viking Samurai's channel main focus is on what I call the golden era of action and martial arts cinema. I cover a lot of Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Steven Seagal and Arnold Schwarzenegger content, as those are the 4 men are what I consider the Mt. Rushmore of Action Heroes.

I also conduct several interviews on the channel in order to get insight into the film and martial arts world . Such guests have included Scott Adkins, Michael Jai White, Lorenzo Lamas, Mark Dacascos, Sheldon Lettich, Frank Dux, Don "The Dragon" Wilson, Benny "The Jet" Urquidez, Mohammed Qissi, Steven Lambert, Paco Prieto and more.
I also chronicle some of my own fitness/bodybuilding and martial arts training as well as my journey into acting and fighting.

Google some reviews of Straight Blast Gym 🦍 Not the ones on their website, but others; especially in regards to financial practices! You never know what you're paying for or how much it's going to be until you sign a contract! Some locations discourage cross training and even threaten "excommunication" from the gym if you're caught training somewhere else!! A supposed "code of conduct" outside the gym: which does not apply to Conor's or Dillon Danis' public behavior apparently. 🦍
The gym Rokas is associated with (SBG) has been described as "cilt-like" by some; at least some locations; Rickson as the Guru, Hauter & Thornton as "apostles" of the Cult of the Gorilla. 🦍

I miss going to blockbuster and seeing his VHS covers in the action aisle. Bloodlfist always stood out but I loved the Ring of Fire movies

If you haven`t seen Adkins in Avengement then do it. IMO it`s one of his best roles, it`s a brutal movie, completely over the top in the best way.

I totally agree about the woke tard brigade and their cries of 'racist!' or 'sexist!' when you criticise a movie. Normally they start whining when the movie is pushing woke propaganda and they get defensive when their entertainment brainwashing gets exposed, like Disney Marvel or Starwars pushing the feminist agenda.
MJW in his prime was much stronger, athletic and more explosive than other martial artists, he's the real deal.
I think MJW would kill Seagal, he's too strong, too fast and precise in his striking. MJW has done real fighting. Seagal wouldn't be able to get the locks and arm bars on him, MJW would be striking him hard.

Yeah but aikido doesn’t work against somebody who is actually trained and trying to hurt you it only works in demos and lacks hand techniques and kicks and realistic lock and grappling techniques I’ve fought and trained against aikido guys who think it’s going to work it they get taken down or overwhelmed with punches and kicks sorry i agree with the boxer here Aikido doesn’t cut as a martial art in my book there are so many that work better and function more theoretically and are battle tested with realistic and modern techniques
Most people who actually train aren't looking to go out and hurt people on the street.

Will start putting new content out soon enough. Training for a fight against "Sugar" Shane Mosley right now in CA and gotta head to Philadelphia for a press conference next week then shoot a movie in the Bay area the following week, then I'll have a little time when I get back from that.
