  Michigan needs some massive reform to its laws. It is an absolute shame and disgrace to MI that the person who CAUSED this painful loss--a known alcoholic and liar is not in custody where she belongs. MI laws should not have allowed the judge in this case to allow any bond. Now this killer's lawyers will delay matters as much as they can to AVOID ACCOUNTABILTY, continuing to allow this family to FEEL the injustice of this law.

  I will never understand how someone who has been drinking and with a new medical condition could get behind the wheel of a car and drive. This is so very very sad.   God Bless this Family and Friends. This woman should have plead guilty. Why put this family through more than they are already gone through, and going through. If by chance this woman was having seizures she knew she shouldn't be driving. The neurologist wouldn't have allowed her to drive. My aunt had seizures and the doctor took her license away until the seizures were under control with medication.

  I don’t see one tear on this ladies face. I understand she’s upset and stressed out and it is a horrible thing. But I would have to give her a award for her performance. She’s never wiped her face if she was crying as hard. As the squinty face looks, she would be drowned. What a dramatic scene. And God bless the family that lost the children. It is a horrific thing.
