Not thrilled with this draft by Detroit at all so far this year, missed two rounds... and the opportunity to get Blake Corum and Roman Wilson, not cool. No QB, JJ McCarthy fit what Detroit is doing, they were in no place to get him... Goff has gotta go, the whole offense carried his water for him, they need to bone up.

We don’t need Blake Corum; we have Montgomery and Gibbs. Gibbs was a top 5 RB last year, and Montgomery, a top 10 RB, would be a waste. We don’t need Roman Wilson; he’s not a contested catch WR, which is what the Lions need. We don’t need J.J. McCarthy; we have Goff and ‘Hendon Hooker,’ who threw for more yards and touchdowns than McCarthy, even before getting injured later in the season. Also, everyone you mentioned is a Michigan Wolverine.

@@woodshed_moments I live in Ann Arbor and have met Roman Wilson, Corum, and McCarthy as they shopped where I worked weekly. Not even I am that high on them. Your take would absolutely cripple the Lions. A first-round running back and another running back on a three-year deal, then getting a third running back, completely ignoring Craig Reynolds who just re-signed. An undersized Roman who would need to gain 30 pounds to be an X, and J.J. McCarthy, three quarterbacks on the roster when Hendon hasn’t even taken a snap yet.
