Oh, I love asking spirit for signs, the problem is I often mistake a feeling in my gut for my anxiety. I know I'm triggered when the anxiety kicks in, so usually my gut feeling takes the form of thoughts in the back of my mind instead bc otherwise spirit knows I get confused. I know the thoughts aren't mine because they're calm and my regular thoughts catastrophise. It's funny though, because even if spirit point blank tells me "it's gonna be okay" I ruminate and struggle with wanting reassurance. XD I wish I wasn't intense, but things have to unfold before I can fully relax haha! When it's relaying messages to others, I'm good, but myself is another story!

I’m building my confidence but I keep backsliding into old thoughts. I’m not sure manifesting is for me but I still want to say “I deserve good things!” I still struggle with the perceived limitations of what I can and can’t do and the feeling that I bother people tbh. 😭 I feel scared to take action in case I f’up or make things bothersome. But I know I’ll get there eventually, I just need to say yes more and not be so hard on myself! 😢💜

I saw 333 and 999 today and also, one of my current affirmations is "all of my dreams are coming true," so thank you, taking this as a sign! At the start of my spiritual journey, I had lucid dreams and a bit of sleep paralysis, but I couldn't deal with it, so spirit shut it down. Going back into Hermit mode so I can embody the High Priestess. Not regretting it. Gonna listen to a shit ton of Charli XCX and actually stop beating myself up, LMAO. Recently, my intuition was like "Ally, you need to stop letting wanting to do the right thing cloud your judgement. (Currently boycotting certain brands for ethical reasons, but I'm putting a lot of pressure on myself and feel I have to give up everything.) You won't live otherwise, and you need to just do the best you can." So it feels like this video is what I needed. I deserve to hear good things and learn good things this month! getting back on track with my physical heath because of this job. today was so physically taxing it was 100 degrees out and by the end of my trek i was literally crying because i had to push myself so hard. so yeah its uncomfortable but somebody told me im killing it, i made some monies, im moving soon, and when i move im going to be prepared to walk, and everythings happening for a reason

Blayne you are so inspiring, I envy you. I love how you’re able to go up to anyone and everyone you want to, talk to anyone, do anything, and you are never afraid of rejection or “looking funny.” The way that guy felt better after you did that little ritual sounded amazing. If you never went through with it because you would be nervous to go up to him, he wouldn’t have had the relief you gave him. I wish I was able to do that too, and have that I don’t give a shit mindset.

Blayne, you're so sweet for helping that guy and it's nice he was open to it! A friend of my dad did reiki on his leg once as he has chronic pain. IDK if it worked, but him being intuitive, he was open too. For me, I tend to keep my spirituality private out and about unless I feel or see people are open, I'm still too anxious to go up to people unless I feel VERY strongly spirit wants me to say something. One time, there were these young girls in a crystal shop around me and I heard them discussing to get this and that crystal they had seen on TikTok. I turned and said, "You've got to be careful" and gave them other recommendations that are "safe"' and beginner friendly. I might have seemed a bit gatekeepy, but so many people dabble in things they don't fully understand and get scared. You should offer reiki, you would be amazing at it! I want a reiki certificate later in life, but I don't want to just get it online, so I hope to find physical classes one day! :)

I have been watching Dr. Who lately, after not watching it for years, and I feel like myself again. Little Ally used to love adventures, monsters, fantasy... I still do! Also, wanna add that if something isn't aligned with you or what you want, you will FEEL it, and then go on to manifest things that do feel right, so for example, even if you want a job, you might not feel like doing that and travelling deep down, so that's also why the rejection comes, because you are subconsciously seeking the other thing. I believe things not only come from spirit, but our subconscious and our gut! We know ourselves best and IMO, always know how to assist our own flow! Hope I make sense! :)
